We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Greco Philia Hotel Boutique in Mykonos. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for, going above and beyond to ensure every detail of our visit was perfect. The views from the property are breathtaking—waking up each morning to the sparkling Aegean was unforgettable. Our suite was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, striking the perfect balance between modern comfort and traditional Cycladic charm. The private terrace and sun beds were highlights, offering both privacy and panoramic scenery. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, with plenty of variety and local flavors to enjoy. We also appreciated how the staff offered thoughtful recommendations for dining and activities around the island, helping us discover hidden gems beyond the more crowded areas. What stood out most was the genuine warmth and hospitality. Every interaction felt personal, and by the end of our stay, we truly felt at home. We can’t recommend Greco Philia highly enough—it was a dream getaway, and we are already looking forward to returning.

View. You won't regret the explanation if you are checking this hotel. For a complete insight into this nightmare. Let me tell you how the bad quality of this place made a glass explode on my back causing lesions and bleeding. On the surface the hotel looks nice pretty fancy luxurious. After you scratch the surface you find a disgusting place with very bad attention and just a good facade. That's the main issue here, nothing nothing works on an unsafe way: Sewers don't work so it smells rotten in the room all day. Windows don't work so you hear all the parties until 4am. Bathroom doors don't work so the water floods the room, or they explode in your back for improper installation causing severe bleeding and laceration and glass stuck in your body for several days. Hottubs don't work and they are wired in a shady way so you can't turn them on, causing electrical hazards and shocks while using them. Locks don't work so hotel staff uses your private pool area as a walking area, "cause is faster like this" and you complain and nothing happens. The electric kettles dont automatically stop so they overheat and create a serious fire hazard. And no one cares to fix the several constant issues The water from the faucet comes orange. The doors dont close properly so they smash in the wind. They give you the highest room with 10 flights of stairs and you have yo carry your bags. Overall is a pretencious good looking hotel were you spend 300 euros a night expecting a resort treatment and you get the worst hotel experience of your life.

The location of the hotel is exceptional and the views from the property are out of this world. The check-in process was efficient, and we were grateful for the ride offered to the bottom of the steep hill the property is located on and to the nearby Elia Beach. While the walk is not bad, the ride definitely helps. The hotel has tremendous potential, and perhaps would be tremendous if not for the staff and the condition of the property. The property is in a state of disrepair, and help from staff was lackluster. Our room, while clean, showed signs of wear that are not in line with expectations for a hotel of this caliber -- at least the caliber they seek to convey. The room's furniture was dirty, scratched, and discolored. Although the bed was very comfortable, it was the only thing that was satisfactory about the room. We were dismayed that the shower was missing a door, as well as some mold and mildew around the grout lines, and an uncovered hole for plumbing beneath the sink. When we told this to the front desk, they were surprised and unhelpful--as though they didn't know. We also note the hotel does not have a working shower by the pool, so when we checked out and asked if we could store bags and return to shower, we were disappointed -- we were, however, assured that we would be able to use a free room to shower when we returned. When we returned, we were told there were no rooms available and met with a cold reception from the front desk staff. We said we had been told in the morning about access to an available room, but they responded matter-of-factly that no room was available. Our request was met with rejection and coldness that was unexpected and unfriedly. We waited and eventually looked online to see if there was a room as the hotel appeared empty -- we found two rooms listed as available and showed the front desk, they said those rooms were not available and were booked. We know this was not possible because the rooms could not be in open inventory online if booked, and when we said this to the front desk, they said we could use the same room as we had booked previously to shower -- it was available. I cannot fathom why the front desk staff would lie about this, but it felt incredibly odd and off-putting.

Staff are friendly. A little too far from things to do 20/30 min but we had private taxi very exp but worth it. Property was great. Just really far but great for couples.
