Сначала получили комнату на самом последнем этаже которая была предпоследней комнаты до неё было очень тяжело добираться по лестницам так как лифт не доходил до неё, спустя два дня в этой комнате мы поговорили с управляющим и нам поменяли на комнату которая находилась напротив бассейна и она нам очень понравилась её расположение и вид с комнаты В букинге было указано что пляж находится 250 м от отеля а на самом деле он находится намного дальше и очень тяжело до него добраться пешком нереально так как отель находится наверху горы а пляж внизу и это намного больше чем указано в букинге но в отеле есть подвозка которая ходит по расписанию и довозят до пляжа но нам это было очень неудобно так как нужно подстраиваться под расписанию автобуса И это нам поменяла все планы .

The staff was so friendly and amazing...from the very helpful folks at the front desk (Katerina, Diana) to the wonderful restaurant manager (Juliet) and the very engaging and helpful general manager (Kostos), everyone was great. Property is not walkable but does provide great views.

It is very beautiful place, I could not imagine that there is a place that you truly may enjoy every day, the pool, the room, private balcony, amazing breakfasts, views, spa, restaurant, this place is so beautiful with so many details and love it was created. Amazing! I would love to come back. We did not know that hotel has free beach access, so we just discovered on the 3rd day :) but it was good, as we spent time there, good service on the beach as well, very good location

We chose one of the best rooms at the property -the grand majestic suite with exterior hot tub-, and the room size, view and overall decoration were fantastic. The beach was beautiful-- clear & tranquil waters, super clean. The housekeeping service was just exceptional. Every morning they would clean every inch of the room and terrace and during the night service, a whole refresh with very thoughtful touches (folding clothes, arranging scattered items like shoes, replacing towels and refreshing amenities, etc) was offered. The food was very good, including the generous breakfast. We appreciated the shuttle vans to and from the beach and also to the main town, although the schedule was a bit restrictive. Finally, the reception staff were very nice and helpful. The water temperature of the room shower was not very hot, we reported it and apparently there was nothing to be done (however we found the ones at the spa to have hotter water). Talking about water, since the tap water in Mykonos is not safe to drink, aside of two small bottles per day per room, the property charges hefty prices for water at the bar and restaurant. Given how expensive this property is, they should at least offer filtered water to drink for free (or bundle it with the room price, it takes a bit out of the luxury experience to be constantly charged for basics like water or bread to accompany the meals -think of flying business where you expect everything to be included for the price you pay-).

Everything exceptional

The location was very nice-it was further away from town but close to the beach which was great. The facility was beautiful with quick access to the hotel group's private beach and the brunch was exceptional, and the front desk staff were very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The complimentary shuttle to the beach and to Mykanos town were also a plus. I thought the ratings were somewhat inflated. The hotel listings were misleading in terms of what was a basic room vs a suite. We rented 2 rooms, one for me and my wife and a second suite for 3 older children that was somewhat larger but I thought would have a separate bedroom. The only real difference between our 2 rooms was that they had 2 hanging sofas that could function as beds for a group of 3 or more. The platform for the bed was not welcome. I understand the elevation for the sea view but the steps are a hazard and the bed platform has protruding sharp corners that we hit our ankles more than once. I also felt the restaurant staff was average and did not match the front desk staff in terms of initiative, helpfulness, and general friendliness. We experienced ok service poolside and in the Michelin rated restaurant where we had to track down servers for assistance and we experienced this in the hotel and on the beach.

Wifi, smell, in upper rooms

I would like to extend my highest praise to the entire team at Myconian Utopia for delivering what can only be described as an exceptional and truly unforgettable experience. Your resort sets a new standard in elegance and relaxation. The facilities are pristine, the rooms beautifully designed and maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the property exudes tranquility and class. The sunbed area, in particular, deserves special mention among the most relaxing and comfortable I have ever encountered. It’s rare to find such comfort, both in design and in ambiance. Nothing

perfect service, tasty food, location absolutely nothing

The most wonderful hotel and facilities. Incredible views from the infinity pool overlooking the beautiful Elia beach. Gorgeous rooms and the most lavish breakfast with great music - such a vibe! We had the most incredible stay. Highly recommend it for couples! The menu is quite expensive but I guess it’s in line with most high-end venues in Mykonos.

We recently stayed at Myconian Utopia Hotel in Mykonos, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to enjoy each morning while taking in the stunning surroundings. The pool and beach access added to the luxury, providing both lively and serene settings for relaxation. What made our stay truly unforgettable was the incredible staff. They were always cheerful, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. We celebrated my husband's birthday during our trip, and the hotel made it extra special. I requested a customized birthday cake, which was beautifully done, and every time we passed by the staff, they wished my husband a happy birthday, making him feel like a VIP. It seemed like everyone knew about the celebration, and the warm greetings really added a personal touch. They even surprised us with a lovely souvenir upon checkout—a thoughtful gesture that capped off our stay perfectly. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. Friendly stuff/ hotel manager, clean and sooo chic interior

Perfec hotel! Beautiful, very clean, the best service, great food, beautiful rooms, great beach. The hotel gives free shuttle to the town and it's very helpful. The road to the hotel is difficult if you not an experienced driver. It's better to take the shuttle

Sea view, room, pool and beach

The facilities at the resort/hotel. The staff were so friendly accomodating and very helpful they work like a family. Ive been there 2 years in a row the staff are the same which is nice to see meaning the staff actually enjoy working there and Im sure are treated well internally. Bigger gym would be nice.
