Very nice hotel friendly stuff specially receptionist lady was extremely helpful also the guy at room service sorry don’t remember their names The sea viwe was amazing Strict checkout time The short walking distance to the beach was a bit tiring specially with the uphill to the main gate

the hotel is amazing! great crew, very good food, private beach and the pool area with the sea view is simply perfect.

I am not one who leaves reviews often but this hotel deserves a glowing review. I have travelled extensively and the facility, room and especially the customer service was top notch. I've never experienced a more attentive and helpful concierge/staff as every single person there was extremely kind and helpful. My girlfriend and I loved it and would stay again in a heartbeat.

The location was good, the breakfast was very good, the gym was nice. I will not be back to this hotel. There’s no coffee machine in the room which is basic, they offer extra 15€ and additional 2.5€ per capsule which is ridiculous price after what they charge for night compare to others. The hotel is full of stuff that always moving parts around like establishing an event. While you seat on the pool A LOT of people are moving around parts (tables, sunbeds, umbrella etc. ) and making noises like I’m in the middle of a construction area! Suddenly someone even started digging with a machine (!!). Not only this, the room decorated weird like no one pay attention to the small details - for example you going outside the bathroom and you need to walk naked in the room to get a towel because the tow is behind behind the door outside the shower room. The energy and atmosphere overall in the room felt uncomfortable. More over the safe box didn’t work, as well as the bed light. It was my birthday gift to myself, I put a note to let the team know that this is my birthday, and none of them pay attention to this. After all these things, I asked the manager to have a coffee machine as a complimentary, and he refused. Service level 0. I’m coming to Mykonos at least twice a year, I will never return to this hotel.

Best hotel I have ever been to. Every inch of this hotel is beautiful and well kept. Staff is very helpful. The whole resort is one of a kind. Pools are clean, and the room is cleaned twice a day. The entire hotel smells good. Breakfast is amazing. Not even one bad word to say after four entire days. Will definitely recommend visiting this hotel at any cost. Once in a lifetime experience. This is a genuine recommendation. The only thing I didn't like is that they raised the bar so high it would be very hard to enjoy any other vacation.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. Excellent staff and service. They really made a difference in our trip. ? -Very nice beachfront and sea. It doesn't get as much wind as some of the other beaches in the island. But there are certainly not enough beach chairs or simply beach space to accommodate everyone... - Pool bar food was tasty but a little on the pricey side. Same goes for the cocktails.But these are to be expected in Mykonos. - Breakfast was nice nothing phenomenal but quite okay. - Hotel room was comfortable and was nicely serviced multiple times a day by the housekeeping staff. The toilet door was a glass mirror that was probably supposed to be opaque when closed but it was seethrough at certain angles? something went wrong I guess. - The free shuttle to the town center was quite useful. It takes half an hour to arrive to the drop off after which a 10-15 min walk to the center is necessary. But it works and no need to rent a car or driving in the winding and narrow dangerous roads of Mykonos. Quite a lot of guests use it. Can be a bit hectic to get a spot. The only problem is that there are not enough beach chairs to accommodate guests from multiple branches of the hotel. The beach chairs are very closely stacked, which we did not expect from such an expensive hotel it felt a bit more like a cheaper resort where you have to wake up early and fight for space, stressful. We chose to sunbathe by the pool area, which is quite nice, and walk down to the beach when we wanted to swim. A buggy between the hotel and the beach would be nice. Even though the walk is indeed short it is quite steep. The gym is nice but small mainly there are not enough cardio machines. The ones available need maintenance. There are other equipment available but in the mornings there was a line for the cardio.

Everything: location, the beach, the swiming pool area, the shuttle bus to the city, the shuttle to the beach, the restaurants and athmosphere in the evening.

we booked impearled the rooms was ok not that big but when we arrived they upgraded us to the Villa and its was super Huge. View was breath taking from our balconey, we alos had a hot tub in our balconey , it was paradises .
