The staff was very good and supportive. The room was clean and the stay was pleasant . Breakfast especially veggie omelette on demand was very good . Overall it’s a very good place to stay when u visit Statue of Liberty

Pricey, but you're in NJ close to airport and mass transit. Clean, Quiet, Comfy. Breakfast line could use some management checking.

I liked the location of the hotel. The staff was friendly. The rooms were a little outdated and it took forever for the air temperature to drop in the room. The hotel could have been cleaner. The area by the bar and restaurant floors were dirty. Overall it was okay.

Good hotel to spend a night or two. They pick you up at the airport specifically at Terminal P.

I was suppose to stay for 3 days. But I checked out the next day. My room was not clean. The sofa had stains and the floor was dirty. Not only that the pillows on the bed smelled so bad. They say they have room service and that is not true. You have to go downstairs to the restaurant to place your order for food. Then they bring it to your room. I would not recommend this hotel.
