I called the hotel two weeks prior to arrival to confirm if a deposit was required for the stay and I was told no. Upon arrival, that was not the case. I was very upset and the manager took mo responsibility and sounded like a robot repeating the policy, which was NOT the issue. I ended up shortening my stay and still stayed. This hotel is disgusting. The rooms stink, they have carpet with used gum on them, how gross. I saw roaches in my room. The appliances are definitely not cleaned, as the white refrigerator was disgusting. Kitchen items left in the hallway for days. I disinfected the room prior to putting any of my items down. I will never stay here again.

The room was clean but I didn’t like the smell that was coming out.

No shuttle on the weekend. I had to tell the shuttle driver for the hotel across the street that I was staying there.

The room smelled of cigarettes smoke and the fridge made loud noises all night I could not sleep

Was completely unimpressed by the Hotel. It was not clean, the breakfast is a joke, and everything costs extra. In addition, the hotel is too cheap to offer made service everday and will only clean your room every other week. The shuddle to and from the airport only runs on weekdays so if you come in over the weekend, you need to figure out how to get to hotel on your own. However the staff was very nice.

No shuttle service as advertised, had to call 4 times to get someone on the phone, hotel hallway was dirty

the room was falling apart, holes in wall shelves falling, there was no staff at the front early in the morning
