Super 8 by Wyndham Chicago O'Hare Airport

Only stayed due to an overnight delay of a flight. Was very serviceable, clean, and comfortable.

Nice clean room rite outside downtown Chicago. If you don’t want to pay an outrageous price downtown this is your go to spot. Free parking available. Close to Chicago outlet malls also for easier shopping

Place definitely needs some touching up. The carpet and walls everywhere were stained and dinged up. Otherwise the bedding and bathroom was clean. The airport shuttle was free and available at 4am which was convenient for an early flight.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

This hotel needs update real bad, carpets look dirty and spots every where. The bad tub was upgraded a while ago and is peeling off, real nasty. Breakfast on the second day very poor.

Worse hotel in town. If you do your reservation in Expedia, they don’t match what you booked. Staff was the most unfriendly a person could be. We couldn’t even stay in the hotel and had to look for another one. Think twice before you book this place.

Following an interaction with an extremely rude and unprofessional front desk representative, I was forced to shorten my stay and cancel my final night planned to stay over there

Better quality property than one expects from this chain

The room smelled musty, there was a lot of trash in the hallways, the ice machine didn't work, the breakfast was terrible, and the coffee just tasted like dishwater.

The property needs an upgrade. The carpeting on the main floor, elevator, and the first room we stayed in on the main floor were filthy. The walls were dinged in places and white plaster was showing - one wonders when they were going to paint the place. Carpeting on the 2nd level for our 2nd stay there was better, but still not acceptable, and we didn’t check out the 3rd level. The towels are akin to dishrags, with stains on some of them, and the breakfast is a tad underwhelming with no eggs. The shuttle worked both ways for this particular stay. The room furniture was quite beaten up and looked like it had been obtained at a dumpster. And Elk Grove itself is a wasteland with zero restaurants in walking or nearby driving distance, so we ended up at the nearby bar both days we stayed there.

Close to the airport DIRTY!! The floor was so greasy you could skate on it

Close to the airport, free shuttle service, front desk told me in front of the Subway Sandwich shop nearby is the 223 bus ($2.25) that could bring me to the Rosemont Convention Center since I was in town for the Fan Expo Chicago. Room had a weird odor to it. Top sheet look like it had weird stains to it. Didn't think the hotel was worth the price I paid. Could be better overall.

Property was clean with friendly staff, which was nice for this last minute emergency booking due to an unplanned extended layover at the airport. Property does show its age in the hallways and rooms. Was on the third floor and could not get the room to cool down even though we have a temp set to 60. The vents were blowing cold air but wasn’t enough to cool down the room

As my other trips to this area, I am always fully satisfied with the service of the staff and the manager was extremely friendly and helpful in providing recommendations to us. I will certainly stay there again and the breakfast is reasonably ok but usually they have two waffle makers but only one was available thus I had to wait a few minutes and because this time I took my family I felt I was keeping others back when I made three waffles. But fully satisfied, kudos to this establishment.
