Price, comfortable bed, clean Complimentary breakfast was minimal at best. Tobacco smell in the bathroom and outside the room. Complimentary coffee machine did not function well.

It was super expensive, but then again it was last minute on the 4th of July weekend in a small tourist town that was doing Revolutionary War enactments. So.. not unexpected. What was unexpected was the poor wifi. The signal strength was good, but it kept dropping the connection to the provider. And when it did work it was slow, worse, this is in a location with poor cell coverage, so, Verizon couldn't really help.

Staff was great. Property is old and worn and needs a complete makeover.

Large, super clean room with all appliances and furniture seating options. Comfortable bed, good shower, black out window shades. Old school-style roadside motel with parking, helpful owners on premises and quiet heater in cold weather months AND windows that operate to let in fresh air. Convenient location. Choice of gas, restaurants, coffee and groceries nearby. Don't be put off by the eclectic decor and old style bathroom--all worked great! Great value for the price. There was a little traffic noise but the heater was quiet and the bed so comfy and room so dark I had no trouble sleeping. Breakfast was no frills but included fresh fruit, a bonus!

Front desk staff was so friendly and accommodating. Super retro cozy vibe was a great value for the price. Loved getting to park right in front of our room and come and go as we please. Will definitely stay for my next Elko trip.

There are high steps into the registration office. The staff/owner is very kind and helpful. The building is older but the room was comfortable and quite. They're working on some renovations so its only going to get better.

Did not have breakfast or know where you were supposed to dine; standing in the office or in your room. The external concrete stairs have probably been that way since the initial construction, could use a hand rail at some convenient point if feasible. possibly more caution signs/markers.

Location is great very quiet everything you would need is near. Beds are great It was fine top notch

Thank you Jay. I was really comfortable and it was so quiet. I wished the a/c worked a little better but none the less I was comfortable. Your property was so clean and cute. I found it to be a charming little spot.

The internet was fast speed and helped me get my work done without issue. The room was clean. The only negative was that there was no available electric outlet near the desk. I fortunately had a long extension that was just long enough to stretch across the room to power my computer and electronics so I could get my work done.

Appeared at first to be in a bad neighborhood, turned out OK.
