Everything from Customer Service to the Rooms were amazing! The Complimentary Continental Breakfasts were delicious and filling, with wonderful service.

Ehh, cons: didn’t get the room I paid for, tv remote didn’t work, one channel only, weak a/c, no screen on bathroom window, no bathroom fan, loose toilet. Pros; comfy beds, the cafe server at breakfast and late casino bartender were extremely pleasant, those two get 5 stars.

The included breakfast choices were limited but generous and well-prepared, and the waitress was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was a more mixed bag: the clerk encountered upon check-in was perfunctory and unenthusiastic, while the next morning’s (presenting the breakfast vouchers) offered the opposite impression and couldn’t have been more delightful. The room was clean and felt safe facing the pool courtyard. Ice makers on various floors were out of service but a lobby level machine was offered. The hotel is well located downtown for walkability; the casino is small and low-key.

Overall the staff was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable, but I will tell you do NOT get room 115. Your window will look directly at a brick wall, and it was claustrophobic. We could have asked for a new one and sure they would have taken care of us, but we weren't there long. The free breakfast in the restaurant was actually REALLY good and we were impressed. We'll be back, but we'll never stay in room 115 again.

Best free breakfast at any hotel we have stayed (we average 75 hotel stays per year). Did NOT smell like smoke (thank you)!

Rooms were clean and staff helpful

The casino is small but quaint and the staff is nice and attentive. The machines do pay off.

The building is an older building but in good shape. The room was clean. Our air conditioner in the room wasn't working properly and the very kind woman at the front desk was quick to help, very responsive. The complementary breakfast was not great, the sausage was low quality and the eggs tasted like the powdered eggs. The pool was great. The pool was clean with plenty of seating as well.

It was a very nice room but there was no place to sit other than the bed. The bathroom was great; the walk in shower was a plus but the shower curtain needed to be adjusted so the bathroom floor didn’t get wet.

Located in Elko, great for visiting Lamoille Canyon, well worth visiting

Conveniently located, rum was adequate, simply amenities. The a/c was not functioning properly to cool the room. Security came in an attempt to fix it. We were offered a box fan,, it was easily 100* and it was very uncomfortable

Room could have used a chair

Breakfast was great. Yummy choices and great service. Hallways carpet was very worn. Bathroom vanity needs refinished, it was very worn and looked like something you’d find on the side of the road.

not a great stay. luckily it was only for one night. The evening desk attendant on staff when we checked in was not very helpful, the elevator only went up, the room AC didn't work, the sink was clogged, the remote didn't work

We rolled in late but had a comfortable stay as the beds were comfy and the room and hotel are well maintained. Shower had nice pressure too.

The TV didn't work. Called the operator and she said no maintenence was on duty and that nothing could be done. She informed me she would let the night manager know. I asked for a discount due to the inconvenience. The night manger suggested we move to room 202. It was almost going on midnight and at that point I just went to bed. I tried to find the hotel manager before leaving. Was told she'd be in at 9am. Left at almost 10am from elko. Still no manger. So whatever. I will tell my friends and family do not stay there at all costs. See above
