A nice hotel. It met our needs. Good highway stop.

Great place to stay!

Window AC unit made a loud high pitched noise all night long. I had previously pointed it out to staff for repair but it wasn't and that lead to a sleepless night.

Room was clean. Helpful staff. The pool was pretty dirty and could use some attention. Otherwise a fine stay.

I had been traveling for weeks by the time I stayed here, and out of all the places I had stayed (that included breakfast) this place had the best selection. (Now granted some of the places I stayed at only had cold cereal, instant oatmeal, or donuts as their included breakfast, so take that into consideration)

The staff are flexible, friendly, and are very generous. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. The shuttle service was very helpful and picked us up at the train station. Would 100% stay here again.

Loved this hotel! Friendly & helpful staff, safe, plenty of parking, very clean and roomy with comfortable beds, quiet air conditioning (works great), quiet rooms, and a great breakfast, with many options! Will definitely stay here again!

Not really pet friendly as area set aside for dogs is incredibly small. For the high cost of the room, there should be a microwave provided.

Awesome place! I’ve stayed in many Hamptons through the years and this was one of my favorites. Staff was amazing! Breakfast was great, and the pool for the kiddos was great as well. We only stayed a night as we were coming back from Yellowstone to California, but this will be the place to stay next time we do the same trip to Yellowstone.

Best place overall in Elko. Great breakfast. Quite pricey.

The air conditioner in our room was so loud we were not able to sleep. At 10:30 at night I went and talked to the desk. They would not allow us to change to a different room. The option was to either have a service guy check it or turn it off. It was over 100 degrees out. Not a comfortable sleep.

The pool was out of order, we were disappointed from that stand point.

Everything was adequate. Breakfast was good with enough items for everyone to choose from. The biggest disappointment was that the pool was closed. After a long day in the car our 10 year old grandson was anxious to go swimming so no pool was a disappointment

Breakfast was also very good with variety. Good coffee and breakfast to go bags!

Well maintained and comfortable beds. Staff very helpful. Delicious breakfast in the morning! Would definitely stay again.

The staff was friendly and went beyond what’s expected when I asked for help to celebrate my husband on our anniversary. Property was nice and clean and it was an overall pleasant visit.
