I loved my stay, it was great and easy to check in

The room was stinking like urinal.

Clean room!

The pool water was freezing cold and the hot tub was dirty but the room was nice and clean

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! this place is extremely run down, dirty, water stains on floors. even the couch in the entrance had stains on it. Pool license was out of date and expired. Elevator seems like it’s about to fall apart! I wish I would have just walked right out. Staff wasn’t pleasant and heard multiple people having issues with their airport shuttles.

I liked the spacious rooms

Rooms were very dirty. Lobby was dirty as well stains on furniture I refused to sit down. Hotel as a whole smelled, no fitness center. My captain had trouble sleeping for his mandatory rest we need before our flight because of a dog barking for “hours” right next to his room. Front desk staff was standoffish. They had issues with there system when we checked in, which I understand sometimes happens, nice guy helping out however he did not seem very quick or motivated to help. We had to stand at the front desk for an hour to check in at 4:00am cutting into our rest time we are allotted. I asked for an email receipt at the end of our stay and never received it. I had to call days later to try and track down a receipt. Overall very dissatisfied with our stay.

Family were feeling hungry and reception recommended we get pizzas so we thought we would go and look for a shop only to discover a busy road with no pavements to walk on. Returned to the hotel for more advice and they suggested getting a delivery in but owing to the time a lot of establishments wouldn't deliver after 9.00pm or they were closed. So snacked on some crisps before bed instead! Breakfast next morning was substantial and my daughter loved the chance to try out the cool waffle machine. Followed by another shuttle ride back to O'hare to drop grandson off for his onward journey to Pensacola and for my daughter and I to get the CTA train into Chicago. The staff were all super helpful, friendly and eager to assist. Unfortunately we never had the time to try the swimming pool but it seemed popular for families. Our room was a good size and we were grateful for the fridge to put our cold drinks in, although the next morning most of them were semi-frozen but it kept them cooler for longer! However, we acquired quite dirty feet whilst in the room, possibly due to the carpet, as my daughter reported that the cleaner was using a lint roller and not a hoover which we Brits found as strange. Overall this was a good pick for us.

The shuttle bus was perfect except the terrible music.....80s death metal.

This was a horrible stay, staff was nice and helpful however the hotel is in terrible condition, room smelled moldy, very bad smell. Sheets and bed were discoloured, carpet was smelly and room was very humid that all my clothes ended up smelling bad and wet, breakfast is also very humble. Coffee was very bad. Eggs tasteless, i had no other options as my stay was restricted to that area and it didnt look so bad online, but sleeping in it was horrible... avoid it

We stayed 6 nights 3 of the 4 nights were not serviced when I ask for it to be done example towels change bedding empty trash I had to go my self to go get the towels from the front desk.

Old hotel needing updated. Room floor did not appear to be cleaned before I arrived. Just didn’t feel comfortable because I didn’t feel that anything was clean. 2 stars at best.

Lovely staff. Very efficient and helpful. Highly recommend!!

The breakfast could be set up better but overall my stay was good.

Don’t let the reviews fool you. When my sister and I checked in, the entire hotel smelled like weed and it was filthy. Our bed was covered in hair, there were bugs in the bathroom, and the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile in general. I was supposed to get a refund but it’s still in the “process”. The only positive thing I have to say is that the staff greeted us when we walked in.

Better cleaning

The lobby entrance was a little hectic upon arrival, however, overall, it is a nice place for a short stay.

I did not have any problems staying here with my family, and as a matter of fact, I left something valuable in the room and I came back to retrieve it and there was no issues. Everything was clean and the breakfast was delicious.

I couldn't get into the pool or hot tub because one family used it the whole entire it was open to the public.
