Days Inn by Wyndham Elmsford / White Plains

Room was not clean. After a two night stay. After telling the staff when housekeeping come in please leave extra towels. I return that evening nothing was done. Room not clean at all.

The room was clean. The staff was great! We were told we would be in a no smoking room. But someone had certainly been in there smoking! It smelled of smoke bad. I did ask for some sort of spray, but he never showed up with it!

Great staff. The rooms themselves were ok. Needs to be updated. I was in two different rooms. Both smelled like cigarette smoke. Nasty!

We were graciously moved to another unit where the TV didn’t work and the toilet needed human intervention to fix the interior flap for each flush!! May have gotten 2 Stars in Gaza, but 1 Star here. The people working there were gracious but you can’t make a silk purse out of a Pig’s Ear. Management should be ashamed of themselves for their cheapness exemplified by the almost dissappearing sliver of soap they provide. & Expedia’s pricing was a ridiculous Over-charge. Better to make reservations directly with the hotel/ motel!

Broken furniture in the room, not a great choice.

It was just a place because my dad was having surgery at near by hospital. The tv didn’t work they said they would send someone. No one came . Breakfast didn’t even try . I was told by the person at counter it was under new management. Because like I said we just needed to be close to hospital. Then read reviews. Kind of scary

Horrible service

The staff are great and very accommodating

Rooms immaculate. Neighborhood nice. Close to major highways & public transportation. Private setting, quiet nights and much nature all around.

Only provided 2 towels for four people and when I requested extra towels we never received them. We were told that they were being washed and that they would give them to us later. When we went to check on them the front desk said, "Sorry, nobody left me any towels". Very unfortunate.

Don’t judge a book by its cover! The outside needs refreshing but the room was beautiful, tile bathroom & new amenities in room.

The rooms are disgustingly dirty

Bed was made and comfortable Showers hot And it was quiet

Housekeeping should do a better job of cleaning the air conditioners

Put the heaters needed to be cleaned a little better but other than that the room was nice

Terible!

Our first room was disgusting! We found bugs, the floors were dirty, the bathroom was old and outdated as was the entire room. Also, there wasn't a walk in shower, just a tub without any grab bars for safety. The only positive was our front desk clerk, he immediately changed our room without hesitation. A very nice young man.
