Overall, the hotel was clean, but it could use some maintenance. The bathroom fan wasn’t working, and the stairs to our room need repairs—the handrails were loose and wobbly. The indoor pool was cold, while the hot tub was nice and hot.

Clean room, friendly staff.

Great location, friendly staff and clean!
-
Staff were great! Room was clean as a whistle. We will definitely stay here again!
-
Very clean room and great check in staff.
-
Breakfast left much to be desired, room was clean, but the bed was hard. View was beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located just 10 minutes from the park. The only downside was the breakfast selection, which was quite limited. It didn't bother us since breakfast wasn't a priority, but if a good morning meal is important to you, you might want to eat elsewhere. Overall, we highly recommend it!

We will stay there again!

LOVED this place. This place is very family oriented yet I could definitely have a romantic get away with my husband here as well. The property was clean. Everyone was super kind and helpful! I have definitely found my new Estes park stay.

Property was well maintained however the parking was not that much convenient being on the hills. Location was convenient and close to the Rocky Mountain national park - bear lake side. Breakfast was ok. Overall a good experience.

Great views! Pool and hot tub were great!
-
Breakfast was rather basic. Lighting in the room was poor, particularly over the ‘desk’ area. Bathroom floor very slippery if wet. These are minor points, all other aspects were excellent
-
The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was a lot of carbs, not a fan. Didn't see much that was gluten free.
-
Rooms were very clean hot tub was awesome and the staff couldn't have been any better this was an amazing place to stay they have smores every night and the popcorn was good too would definitely stay again
-
The bed was hard and they need to redo/ rearrange their asphalt access and driving paths near the office. I would come stay again bit might try a different room.
-
The outside grounds appear to be not kept up as well as the units themselves.
-
The amenities, location, and cost! Breakfast was not served on time one day, but the manager of the property quickly fixed the situation.

Really cute little inn. Very clean and cozy. Great for families.
-
Awesome location and views.

Great couples trip! I love the mountain view rooms. The new waffle maker is a great addition to breakfast.
