This was by far the best place we stayed. Room was very large and comfortable. Had two comfortable chairs to sit in to watch tv when we were in the room. Had our two grandkids. They enjoyed the space that the room offered. Would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at The Best Western! The property was clean throughout, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was great, and the 24 hour coffee station was a hit with us!

The staff is great, the rooms are clean, the breakfast was outstanding every day, and the view is amazing. I stay here every time I come to Estes Park.

We arrived at 2 am after flight delays but staff made sure we had our room access when I called ahead to ask about our late night situation. Breakfast was really good and lady at the concierge gave awesome sightseeing tips for the short time we were there

Not sure why the old lobby isn’t in use… seems better than the makeshift one they have now. Otherwise good hot tub and pool, clean room, great soap and hair products provided. Small parking lot and right off the main road but overall fine for one night.

Great stay, breakfast, and overall stay. A bit pricey, but we booked last minute. Overall a great stay!

The room was larger than the typical BW. The breakfast had good options ( except for gluten or dairy free options). Laundry and other amenities were good and the location was close to restaurants and 2 entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park.

A new facility, great staff......more like a "big name" chain facility than what I expected for Best Western. Well done.

The property was clean, staff was nice and was in the town, and had a fire place.

The rooms were all very nice and comfortable. Staff was friendly and answered any questions that we had and made some suggestions on hiking areas. The breakfast buffet was very good and switched a little each day for items that were offered. The hot tub was large and relaxing. A good place to stay
