Staff very friendly on check in and out. We didn't have breakfast but it looked good.

The amenities were amazing for our family with two small kids. Games and pool and hot tub and play sets and other options. They also had bikes to check out to ride around town and other useful items like coolers and movies and what not to check out in the office.

We really enjoyed our stay watching the elk and their little ones lay around the resort ….that was So cool of an experience that really added to our stay

Amazing amenities! Free movies to borrow, bikes to borrow, free popcorn and breakfast In the office. Tons of stuff to do including a pool and hot tub and live music some nights! Staff was very accommodating and super nice N/A

Bugs under the chairs in the room. You had to stand still like a pencil in the tiny shower or water was on the floor.

We stayed 1 night and the shower in our room did not drain well. The outside needs to be updated. Breakfast was poor with v little healthy choices

So many included amenities! Bike and DVD rentals, popcorn and hot chocolate, grills, yard games, weekly entertainment, large indoor hot tub and more! Right in Estes Park next to Rocky Mountain National Park. We definitely hope to come back sometime. More pool towels need to be available in the evenings, and the pillows could be loftier. They seem to be updating a little at a time, as the rooms are a blend of old and newer furnishings/decor/style.

Clean rooms, great location, great atmosphere, friendly staff.

The entire staff were friendly and ready to make sure our stay was awesome! The location to enter The Rocky Mountain National Park was very close and easy. The views from our room and the outdoor heated pool were breathtaking and relaxing. The live guitarist, Rodger, was so much fun to hang with other guests and sing along; he also shared so much historic information about Estes Park!

The property was very reasonable priced for the area compared to others. I did feel like the space was a little smaller than it looked like in the pictures and a lot of the finishings (rugs, curtains, tables) seemed pretty out dated. There were no lamps or outlet in the living room area that made sense as far as furniture placement was concerned. The property was very accessible to downtown Estes so that's a plus. The staff let me check-in early and were quite friendly the entire time with any questions or requests that I had. I stayed for three nights total and for the last two nights, some of the other guests were pretty rowdy late into the night and early morning hours which was a little frustrating. I'm not blaming the staff for that at all, but if you want complete peace and quiet, you may not get it here every night. I'm not entirely sure I would stay again. Really just depends on the balance of price vs seclusion or quality. They do offer free bike rentals and Continental breakfast which was nice.

Nice spacious room. Saw to elk in the yard, I love animals. Lots of things to do. Breakfast was good but a little light.
