Unacceptably dirty room.

Great views and restaurant onsite. If planning to use the spa, call ahead of your visit to ensure an appointment.

Surprisingly quiet nights. Even with weddings going on. Can’t beat the view.

I can be pretty critical of upper scale hotels but this one checked all my boxes. The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming and competent. The room was clean, fresh, up to date and well equipped. The grounds were very nice, right on Lake Estes and easily accessed. And the restaurant was absolutely over the top. I really enjoyed the Steak Frites. And it was well priced. Five Stars!

We only stayed here two nights as a home base for Rocky Mountain National Park and I wish we could have stayed longer. The property is beautiful and the room was just right for my family of 4.

My son and I always enjoy staying here, it is right on the lake and my son gets to enjoy fishing.

Beautiful place! Loved the lake view

My father spent time here at this location back in 2007! After spending his 95th Birthday here, he was so pleased with everything! Great times were had and the dinner at Ember restaurant was amazing!

Loved my stay at Estes Park Resort! The staff was super friendly and welcoming! The lake view was beautiful! Our favorite part was walking along the lake on the paved trail.

Breakfast was great, the view was fabulous, the bed was comfortable and the lake trail was great. Dinner at the restaurant was terrible. The food seemed left over and rubbery.

Our stay was extremely disappointing, especially considering we paid over $600 per night. The hotel offered very few amenities—there was no complimentary breakfast, no swimming pool, and no activities for families or children. Given the price, I expected a much better experience, but it felt like a complete waste of money. To make matters worse, the hotel lost power for about 30 minutes during our stay. The outage frightened our kids and made the situation even more stressful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families looking for good value and amenities.
