Rooms are clean and nice furnishings. Convenient access to the park.

The room had a lot of space and the beds were comfortable and my kids liked the outdoor pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, the rooms are outdated need maintenance. Our shower didnt drain and the carpet was very stained. Room was very outdated

Really nice place. Good pool and a playground! Definitely recommended.

The location, cleanliness, scenery, friendly staff. Only suggestion I have would be to have a bigger breakfast area.

Clean, cute little hotel. S’mores were a hit with our family.

I loved the views and that the parking lot was far away from the main road. Pool and hot tub were very clean and well kept. Breakfast area gets very crowded but the options were decent. Would like to have different options instead of the same stuff every day though. Microwave was plugged into a power strip so the breaker kept popping if we would try to use it. Had to move the microwave to another outlet to use it.

Clean, affordable non-corporate motel experience. Room was clean and had a rustic decor. The pool and hottub was quite nice with pool towels available. Breakfast was simple but adequate (bagels were fresh, coffee was good). We didn't have the s'mores, but thought it was a nice idea! AC was a loud window unit.

Room was clean. Staff was nice. It was in a good location. Did not get much sleep because people in the room above us were very noisy. Bathroom felt small and crowded. Breakfast was not the best but ok

Location was phenomenal! Best views and clear air in the morning. I long to come back. The one thing. K cups in my room but no way to make them!

If you’re visiting RMNP, I’d most definitely recommend a stay at Hotel Estes. Awesome, friendly staff that are very approachable and helpful. It’s also fairly close to downtown Estes - which is home to a fair bit of amenities and restaurants (EV charging, grocery stores, laundromat). Most importantly, the backdrop. You walk out to the mountains staring you in the face. Gorgeous view!

Our stay at Hotel Estes was excellent! The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The mini fridge included a freezer which was great and the microwave was helpful! The continental breakfast was good! It had bagels, toast, hot oatmeal (with lots of topping options), cereal, coffee, tea, juice, milk, hard boiled eggs, and yogurt. Plenty for us! In the evenings, they provide everything you need to make s’mores with your family which was a nice touch! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The playground area was well kept and included large games to play with. The pool and hot tub were very clean and never over crowded, The hotel has a beautiful view of the mountains as well! It was our first time here but definitely makes us want to return!

the breakfast very delicious and the staff was spectacular. I want to return very soon.

most front desk staff was nice owner/manager never responded to our serious issues. bed sheet was not changed upon our arrival; we did not notice when checked in late afternoon and did not discover until next day. we reported to front desk and they said it would be changed that day; however when we returned from our hike late afternoon the room had not been cleaned and the blood spot and dirty sheet were still on the bed. We reported to the front desk and that lady had to change the sheets as she was the only one on duty, however she did not have time to clean the room. Front desk said the housekeeper had reported that the room was cleaned, but that was obviously a lie. Room was dark with inadequate lighting. Sink is not in an enclosed bathroom but in the main room. Room had a very tired feeling to it.

The staff was so nice and helpful. I brought paper towels to clean the surfaces of the tables , toilet counters etc. the tables, chairs and dresser had not been cleaned in a very long time. They looked clean but when I wiped them down they were filthy dirty.! My paper towels were black. The surfaces of the tables and dressers and chair was wood so I get how they looked clean but were not wiped down for a long time. To think that people are using those items. Yuck. Then I started to wonder if they changed the pillow cases and bedding if it looked clean did they just leave them. The rugs seemed dirty too because I spilled something and cleaned it with a white towel and the towel was pretty dirty. We wore crocks and never let our feet touch the floor though. Over all though I think most hotel housekeepers only do what they have to. I used to clean houses so I know what to look for. I checked the beds for bugs and they were clean. My comforter had lipstick on it so I know it wasn’t changed.
