This is a small but well run property. Rooms have always been clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. I've stayed twice and will stay again when in Estes Park, CO. Great experience!

Good hotel, pool was clean. Breakfast is very basic.

The property has a vintage roadside motel feel that may bring back memories of family road trips and could be a good fit for travelers with children or those seeking nostalgia. For us, however, it wasn't the quiet retreat we were hoping for. The furnishings felt dated, and the mattress was marked 2012, although it was clean. With exterior-entry rooms, indoor outdoor carpet, wall unit A/C, creaky floors, and noise from the room above, and children playing in the pool by our window, we found it difficult to relax and recharge. Despite a quiet policy, the normal noises from other occupants felt disruptive due to thin walls and aging floors. We couldn't unwind there. Given that this was one of the more expensive accommodations of our two week trip, we expected a more restful and quiet space. We chose to leave early and absorb the cost in order to find a setting that better suited our needs away from Estes Park, as it appears to be the norm there. The staff was very nice and the property was clean. It simply wasn't the right fit is as travelers seeking rest. That said, our impression may also reflect the area itself, which felt over crowded, busy and frantic during our visit. If you're looking for an active, nostalgic road-trip tourist atmosphere this may be a good choice. If your goal is to slow down, relax, and enjoy some quiet after a day in the National Park you may want to consider other options.

The room was clean and roomy.

I’m not quite sure what to think about the rating people have given this property. In the room I had, the floor was extremely uneven, squeaked loudly as you walked across it and you could hear and feel people walking right outside the door. We actually spent a fair amount of time, trying to figure out the television and could not so wejust watched shows on our tablet. Wi-Fi was one to two bars. I would complement the view, but every Hotel in the area has the same view. The continental breakfast has to be one of the worst I’ve ever encountered. My kid and her boyfriend skipped it each day. I kind of feel bad getting this review, but I want people to be alerted to it.

Ok lodging for visiting RMNP. It is older but "clean enough." A previous guest left their beer in our fridge and housekeeping didn't take it out. Located on the outer skirts edge of Estes Park, so not at all walkable to get into town and you are going to be about 20 minutes from the RMNP gate entry and with the timed entry into the park just know that line backs up, so if you are trying to slide in before 9AM you need to leave this hotel an hour earlier to allow driving time and a 30 minute line.

I was worried about this hotel first, but no I was wrong. It's very spacious and clean. I like the furniture, although very comfortable bed. Just the breakfast need to have more variety, however I love it.

Rooms are maintained but old. Wash basin it outside instead of being inside the washroom, no closet, though tv is smart but only dish is allowed where we got annoyed as kids wanted to watch Netflix and YouTube kids. Shower in tub was not working properly, no exhaust in the washroom, only a window. Breakfast was ok.

Clean and spacious rooms. No elevators so you have to carry all your luggage up to the room. Breakfast was disappointing. Plan on eating somewhere else for breakfast. Nothing warm to eat, just yogurt, cereal, fruit etc
