The location and views from the front porch are stunning. The room was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable I was a bit put off by the exterior or the main house when I drove up. But the rooms are off to the side. The parking lot could use some love

The room was very, very, clean. Soft sheets, thick towels, microwave, refrigerator and coffee. Robb texted us to let us know room was ready to check in - even early. He came and welcomed us and brought us water to drink. Very hospitable owner and friendly. Definitely will return!

The location was excellent NO AIRCONDITIONING, low water pressure, hard to see the TV from the bed

The location was nice. It is out of the city but close enough. The accommodations were really dated and falling apart.

Nice old school inn operated by husband & wife. Spacious room, sofa, tv, table, fridge, & hair dryer. Iron if needed by request. Bonus front deck with seating, a grill, & great mountain views! Husband-owner was very good with communication & hospitable. The shower and knobs could use a little improvement and the sink was a little slow to drain.

The room was very clean and comfortable, there were 2 chairs outside of the room to so you could sit outside with an amazing view The driveway up to the property off of Main Street needs some major repair work along with the parking area. The assault is all torn up with holes and easily could trip walking on it.

Location was good and near the main strip and other attractions in Estes. Pictures and other media did not represent the actual accomodations and the room itself was lacking in several ways. No actual air conditioning aside from two plug-in fans and a couple windows to open for ventilation. Lighting was pretty sub-par. Spotted multiple spiders during the visit. Cold water faucet was broken or otherwise innoperable so the showers were scalding hot for me and my significant other. Had to resort to using cups to take a sink/shower cleanup and then the sink wouldn't drain properly. Very disappointed overall. The proprietor was very nice but it didn't make up for the poor experience overall.

Great views from the front porch! The room was very large and quaint and the area was quiet. Todd, the manager was great. Called to let us know when the room would be ready. He kept us up to date and was there to greet us when we arrived.
