nice motel spacious rooms. nice staff

You shouldn’t advertise a hot tub when it hasn’t been open and really no plans to have it open. We were looking forward to that. Wouldn’t if we stay here if we knew no hot tub

This hotel is remarkably reasonably priced for its location near Estes Park. The staff were incredibly friendly and nice. I liked the convenient doors to the outside - old-style motel. : ) The hot water didn't last quite long enough, but everything else was perfect.

Value for money. Accommodating staff. Good food and ample parking space. Accessible to Trail Ridge/RMNP.

Excellent location! Updated and clean

Worth it

We've stayed here many times going back to 1995, but the past few times it's obvious the new owners just don't maintain it like they used to. I think We've reached the end with this little motel.

Rooms are always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful!

I had a nice stay at the motel. I was comfortable and I was happy that the room had a kitchen with amenities.

Delightful, very clean motel that didn’t break the bank. Would definitely return.

Had the spacious double queen room with a kitchenette. Convenient location. Property is pretty dated and run down though. The blinds in my room had about half the slats missing so the street lights shone through at night. AC remote missing batteries and the shower switch didn’t pull up all the way. Front desk staff were great!!

Staff was very helpful.

This is a motel in Estes Park, among a ton of other motels. Could it be updated, yes, but everything was in working order, the bed was very comfortable and amenities were included. And they offer a very good continental breakfast for free! I would stay here again when in the area! The young lady manager was very friendly and accommodating.

Clean room and bathroom. Staff really friendly and nice breakfast. Definitely will stay here again.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool was closed, disappointing. Room was clean, but hairdryer was broken. Overall, I would stay there again. Good location, but if wanting to walk to town, a little far.

This is a pretty old facility but it was pretty good for a couple of nights. The kitchen in our room was nice. Little bit pricey but what do you expect from somewhere that close to a National Park.

Upon check in, we went to our room, walked in and it hadn't been touched by the maid service yet. Happens. No big deal. Got a different room and it had been cleaned and beds were made up. Bought stuff to put in the fridge, however the fridge sounded like it was working but it never cooled off so it must be old and wore out. I travel a lot and that is one thing I appreciate in rooms is fridge, microwave and coffee machines in the room. This hotel has all these, so I can't be disappointed too much that the fridge didn't work. As far as the pool goes, there is a pool and looked to be a hot tub on property but there was a sign on the door into the pool area that said, "closed." I saw water in the pool but didn't inquire whether it was open for use. The most important thing is the beds were fine and we did get a good night's rest other than the fridge humming away like it was working but never got cold. Thanks for your time.

The gal in the office was amazing - so kind, friendly, and helpful! We loved our room. The kitchenette was perfectly what we needed, and the shower was great. The lock didn't work in the bathroom door. Otherwise, everything was good. Not much breakfast, but we bought eggs at a nearby Safeway and were able to cook our own breakfast in our room. Great view and away from the busyness downtown! We loved it and would definitely stay again.
