Our room was nice and clean. The staff that checked us in were very nice. She also checked us out. (We had to have someone call her to the lobby so we could check out.) The hallway could use a good shampoo or replacement. The common bathroom in the lobby area was awful. We informed the clerk and she immediately told the person cleaning. (I didn't re-check it,) The next day at breakfast, the attendant was no where to be found when my husband went. They were out of coffee and the attendant finally came back and made it when requested. A little later I went to breakfast. Again -- the attendant was no where to be found. They were out of biscuits. There were waffles, cereal, bagels (stale), and a big container of yogurt in the frig that you had to dip out of into a bowl. (Not as sanitary as I would have liked.) We would stay again IF the breakfast included eggs and maybe bacon or sausage.

Idk if they are in process of redoing things but this hotel needs help. The pool looked nice but didn’t use. The front desk staff could at least say hello. Great guests. The shower had good strength behind the water pressure. Sadly they lost a costumer.

However, when I went down for breakfast, the options were extremely limited. There was essentially a crockpot of gravy, including gravy that appeared to be watered down, along with basic coffee. There were no eggs, sausage, bacon, or other items that I would reasonably expect from a full breakfast. I have stayed at Clarion-brand hotels in several different locations, and the breakfast has consistently included a much more substantial selection, such as eggs, sausage, bacon, and other breakfast items. That is why I was particularly disappointed with the breakfast provided during this stay. Because the advertised full breakfast was not available, I had to spend additional money purchasing breakfast for myself and my fiancé. Had the hotel accurately represented the breakfast offerings, I could have planned accordingly. In addition to the breakfast issue, I also experienced a lack of available staff during my stay, which further contributed to my concerns about the overall service. I am requesting compensation for the additional breakfast expenses and would appreciate having this matter reviewed by management. Room was clean and they let me check in early without having to pay he fee.

Main part of the hotel looked fantastic but room was under construction! We have kids and the dry wall dust was everywhere in our room ! Our bathroom door would not close . Our room was dirty . Breakfast was not good. Ac was off when we opened the room and it took hours to cool off ! On the upside staff was friendly ! Exercise bike does not work in the workout room Will not return

I got better choice & taste at the Choice hotels

I was kind of disappointing to find out that paying through the actual motel was cheaper than it was going through experience eighty five dollars for the second night , where I paid a hundred and nine dollars for the first night through expedient , so I didn't look the second night for expedient cause it was more expensive

Bathroom ceiling looked like it was half way through a renovation. Tub and shower needs to be updated.

Cleanliness & the mattress was unbelievably comfortable

A/C when compressor kicked on sounded like dual exhaust on a v8 engine. Sheets hadn't been changed. Left wash cloth in shower used. No coffee cups, no ice bucket, no vending machine. Breakfast area had food out when we checked in at 5 pm. Waffle iron dirt

Property under construction. At 7:00 am there was no breakfast or coffee. Bathroom had no tissue or shower gel, desk had to explain the AC system and re wire the TV. The TV guide was confusing.

This hotel was atrocious. When we arrived, there was no one at the check in desk. A sign said to call # to get help. That # had a mailbox full with no answer. I searched the hallway and found a cleaner vacuuming. She said she would find the clerk. The clerk arrived about 10 minutes later covered in sweat and carrying dirty laundry. He said my reservation was not in their system, but assigned me a room. We parked and carried our luggage up to the room. The clerk was near our room and opened the door. The bed was not made and the desk clerk brought in sheets and started making the bed . The pillows look like they had been left out in the rain and were disgusting. We turned on the TV and the only channel that would come in was a porn channel. Unacceptable! The shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I turned to my husband and said we are not staying here! We gathered our stuff through our keys on the desk as we left and found another hotel. Oh, also, the desk clerk told us he had been previously incarcerated and had not been out of prison for very long. This was not a comfortable situation.
