Four people in our room gave 4 small pillows. I asked for a couple of pillows and was told they have no extras. This was after being moved to new room cause toilet didnt work.

Mold on the back of the bathroom door. Chair in my room had questionable stains.

The tub was not cleaned as there were black hairs in the tub. I'm a blond. Otherwise great service

Nothing over the top but it was as I expected.

Although it was an older hotel the room was average. Had a decent mattress on it. Was supposed to have breakfast included. When we went down the next morning the waffle machine was empty there was no milk for cereal and we were told when the coffee was gone we didn't have any more. Come through this way on a semi regular basis and I will not be staying at this place again. Naomi $14 for two misses breakfasts.

Where do I start. Check in was ok. Opened the room and smelled like an old smoking room that they had tried to cover with carpet spray. Smelled the same at checkout. Feet stuck to the carpet. Very dated room. Mattress was worn out long ago. Furniture was as bad. One set of towels and they were torn. No soap, just liquid in the shower. Bathroom so small you had to straddle the door to sit on the toilet. Day two card to door expired so went to desk. No one there. Finally found a woman standing out front smoking talking on the phone. She waved me off and came back to the desk a few minutes later still talking. I expressed my frustration. No apology just handed me a card without even verifying that I was even staying there. Breakfast was a waffle, toast, or cereal. Nothing else. Waffle batter was so old it wouldn't come out of dispenser and was cold, brown, and very thick. Apparently they had been keeping it in the fridge. After trying it I threw it in the garbage. Worst I have ever had. Tasted terrible. Never again will I stay there.
