Terrible choice on my road trip. Sheets not clean. Tub dirty. Not water in lobby.

recommended as part of a tournament but was AWFUL place. Very dirty for both bathroom and living space. Elevator did not work. Room was 90 degrees at checkin but did cool down to 70 after 3 hours. breakfast consisted of stale bread to toast and some waffle batter. no eggs, no yogurt, no protein, no juice. No options in area for dinner or alcohol. Would NOT recommend.

The room was perfect. It had all the handicap accessible items available to us except the shower chair, but we always carry our own. The customer service people were friendly and right on top of everything. The only issue we had was the breakfast, it was sooo bad, but there were plenty of restaurants around us to solve that issue.

It was miserably hot in the public areas and our air conditioning unit never actually cooled our room. The bathroom was not very clean … long hair all over the tub!

Bedding was comfortable and clean but the rest of the room needed more attention. Spider webs in corners. Toilet seat damaged. Milk from breakfast was not good. Juice machine broken, OJ was provided. Breakfast options were limited but the make your own waffles were good.

All of the staff I interacted with were very nice. The room was ok. The air conditioner was shut off when we got to our room and it took it a long time to cool off the room. There were stains on the ceiling and the curtains were tattered and needed to be replaced. The kitchen must be below the elevator or very near because it smelled liked tacos.

The breakfast was pitiful and not what was advertised. The bathroom ceiling had spots of throughout. Lamps and picture frames were broken. Dead bugs were scattered around the perimeter of the room. Spider webs covered the corners of the room.

Needs some upkeep. There were many spots that had drywall mud repair that was unfinished.

Bathroom was not cleaned at all. Toothpaste residue on the counter, hair all over the toilet, shower, and floor. Toilet leaked all over the floor when flushed. The entire placed reaked of cigarettes and pot. Could only use the microwave if you unplugged the tv or fridge. There were boards and tools all around the pool and plaster falling from the ceiling into it while people were swimming. The breakfast was pathetic. 2 yogurts, a little bit of cereal, the juice machine was out of order all weekend and there was no creamer for coffee. None of the ice machines were plugged in. Definitely the worst hotel we have stayed at.

The breakfast was really limited waffles, peach yogurt and toasted bread. I had to ask for jelly which was out. The orange juice and apple juice were very watery. I did really feel like the people were trying but they just did not seem to be able to keep up.

The gentleman at the counter was the most friendly guy I’ve encountered at a hotel front desk. Julie was super friendly and even made my waffle after asking if I was too late. We will stay again.
