Parking out front, lighted area, king size bed was very generous in size, room size was very accommodating, staff was helpful with information about local attractions.

Desk staff seemed almost put out by us when we checked in and then asked for more towels for the 6 of us, as the room only had 3. We chose not to use the pull out as originally intended for my older kids (5 and 8) as it didn't look as clean as it should (mildew staining maybe). The pool was fridged, to the point even my kids who love to swim year round would only swim for a few minutes. Breakfast was basic and okay.

Breakfast was the best part of the stay. I read the reviews before booking the room. The reviews I read about the noise were accurate. Stayed on first floor and could hear every step the people above us made. Sounded like a giant waking across the floor. If you don’t mind noise then you won’t mind staying here. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Then we went to bed and were woken up (including my 7 month old & 8 year old) there was a lot of noise from everywhere it seemed as if from 3am-9am there was a work crew right above us and they were unbelievably noisy. To follow that at 10:30 (mind you check out is at 12) the cleaning ladies knocked on our door and tried to come in 3 different times. An hour before check out while we were carrying our stuff out to the car when we went back up to grab the rest she was coming out of our room & we hadn’t even checked out yet. This hotel was not worth the $125 and I even chose this specific one because I thought these things wouldn’t be a problem. Very disappointed to say the least.

Did not get to stay . Got there and said that check in was at 3:00 pm , I arrived around 3:30 am . He said I could not check in and they would not cancel. I had to find another hotel and pay out of pocket . Was working night jobs this week.

Floor and bathroom were not very clean with hair in shower and floors. Dresser between beds had a drawer that wouldn't stay shut. Also the mattress for the couch bed was terrible, not clean and nasty stains in it. Room also did not have enough towels or bedding. Definitely disappointed for the price we paid for the room. Didn't look like much pride was in it anymore.
