Nice hotel with friendly staff

The room was clean; staff were friendly and helpful; great coffee setup in the room; and excellent breakfast.

Our flight landed late, so it was about 11:00 PM when we checked in. We had requested a quiet room on the top floor, but of course all those rooms were gone, so we got a room on the bottom floor next to the exit. The window faced the cars that parked outside. We unpacked and were getting ready to go to bed and there is no hot water!! We called and nobody else had complained that there was no hot water, so we had to assume it was our hot water that wasn't being delivered. So we were so tired, we said we'd check again in the morning. A few minutes later the front desk phoned to say they would upgrade us and we could stay in a one-bedroom on the second floor. so we repacked, got to the new room, and were delighted to have hot water. Next morning, the toilet started to leak and then the sink faucet started to leak. We couldn't even use the toilet and every towel in the bathroom was on the floor soaking up the water. This was Saturday, so no maintenance on. The front desk called for somebody to come and fix the plumbing. We left. So disappointed! We've stayed at this hotel many times and always were pleased, so I don't know what happened this time!

Clean room

The place was clean, the room immaculately so. Parking is a mess, the pool was closed for maintenance. Can't close the drapes. Breakfast was adequate and stayed open longer than scheduled. No maid service unless you're staying for an extended period. A little pricey for what you get but the whole Seattle area is getting to be like that.

I enjoyed my room, not bad for a one night stay. The only thing that turned me off about my room was that I found stray hairs in the bathtub as well as on the cleaned sheets, and the floor was still a bit dirty after I arrived. I felt a little sketched out with the parking, but I didn't have anything happen to me or my car, so it was fine. The breakfast was good! The staff were all polite and helpful.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location. The breakfast was good, and parking was easy. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Parking fee

The facility was very clean, staff we interacted with were welcoming and friendly. The room was amazing. It was actually bigger than I thought. It was clean, well organized, so many hangers available, and the tub was wooooow!!! My only reason for not giving a 5 star was because the bed was not comfortable. I can feel and hear the springs. The mattress seems well loved. My advice? washable mattress toppers! Would make a big difference, and can help extend the life of your mattresses'. Would I stay there again? Hell Yes! It was a nice little staycation for my husband and I.

Gadd- pool was dirty (they had someone cleaning it the day we checked out) washing machines were stinky and needed to be cleaned out. Didn't like that there was a parking fee of $8 per night even if you were parking off site.
-
clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent customer service I had a hard time sleeping because the walls let in noise from the hall way and next door guests/rooms. I was very tired yet I could not sleep well because of extreme noise

The kitchen had everything you might need for a full homemade dinner. The front desk was impolite at certain times,
