The manager is the best! Love this hotel!

Not good

Location Smells like cigarettes like someone’s just smoked while cleaning the room ,dirty carpet , clogged drainages ,and just a really bad smell

Nothing, parking was tight. No access from the side doors. If you park in the back you have to walk around the building and at night it’s dark and feels unsafe. Hallways, elevators, lobby and the rooms smell bad, it’s hard to be in comfort because it smelled so bad it made us sick. I’ve been at other properties that are pet friendly and they NEVER smelled like Extended stay of America (horrible odor). The staff was rude and there was a note on the doors that they can come in at ANYTIME even though we have a sign on the door (do not disturb) because they have to fix the heaters instead of scheduling them and giving each unit a time frame of when it would be done ✅ they just posted a note that they will enter despite the do not disturb sign on the door.

The room was clean and spacious. Both the sofa bed and regular bed were comfortable. The staff is attentive, respectful, and helpful! Carla, in particular, was always very friendly! Thank you for offering all of the kitchen amenities we needed and for fresh coffee every morning! It has been a pleasure staying here!

The room smelled like smoke. The TV didn't work. We had to move rooms twice because each room we moved to had something wrong in it.

When booking this for a night I didn't really think about the extended stay part because the location was where we needed to be. Most of the people seem to be living there. Even though there was no smoking inside and several people brought lawn chairs right outside the front door to smoke, they either also smoke inside or the smoke smells just come in with them.

Internet wifi was extremely poor. Poor cell phone reception.

The elevator is good the room the pilots If u go to dowsteirs u can go because to many dogs and people sit in the chairs or in the floor talking with a lot dogs

A good location, right off the freeway It was smelly in the hallways and smelly in the room and the worst part the floors were sticky not like clean, sticky just stick sticky

The A/C unit smelt like wet dog when turned on, there was dirt and hair in the corners of the bathroom, the room smelt like cigarette smoke. All around horrible experience

The rooms are amazing! The staff is so efficient, even bilingual. I absolutely love coming here for this reason. The outside and elevators could be a bit cleaner with less cigarette smell. The staff made the entire experience a perfect one. Thank you for your hospitality!

The elevator was dirty and smelly. Lots of cigarette butts outside, in their place but not good for looks.

Occasionally can smell really strongly of dog pee, owners of thier animals definitely need to make known they had. Accident so it can get cleaned up right away.
