Quality Inn & Suites Everett

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The bed was so comfortable, I slept very good. I like the laundry facility on site. The breakfast was always stocked up. The area felt safe. There was a taco truck and a store right next-door so that was great. My biggest complaint would have to be that I requested housekeeping every day to bring fresh towels, dump the trash and restock toilet paper and cups. On the weekend they didn’t get to my room so I had to go to the front desk get trash bag bags and fresh towels, and take out my own trash. They need to hire more staff on weekends.

Check in was a breeze. Our room was super quiet and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Breakfast was as promised and well stocked. Staff who maintain the breakfast items and eating area are very attentive. Parking was well lit and we were able to park near the main entrance for our entire stay.

Staff were very accommodating friendly easy to talk to. Breakfast was good beds were comfortable rooms spacious and clean. Would stay again!

Exceptional

Room was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was satisfying, staff was friendly. But the cushions on the couch were literally coming apart at the seams so that was less than appealing. The windows did a nice job of dampening the noise from the freeway, but the fan on the air conditioner was very loud, with a persistent squeal, so we opted for the road noise by keeping windows open at night to maintain a comfortable room temp. The toilet was also not draining well after flushing so there was that. No overflows but it was worrisome! Still, for one night it was all OK. With a little minor maintenance this would have been a 5 star review. Hopefully management reads these reviews!

Nice staff, good location, and decent deal for the price. The noise at night is pretty bad, both street noise and other hotel patrons. Very thin walls. Could use updates with a couple things coming loose in bathroom. I didn't have breakfast because I heard another hotel patron coughing like crazy so I stayed in my room.

Overall, this is a good hotel. We stayed for 7 nights and found the rooms to be clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It is also in a location with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. It is an older hotel but the rooms are updated - the hallways not so much, but I'm not sure what can be done to update them as it is an older hotel.

It’s location and good value for money The AC needs some cleaning. It had heavy dust and debris collection (fur?).

My only dislike was the room face the main roadway with intersection ( lots of road noise) I didn't sleep well because of this. My suggestion would be to change the windows to provide sound dampening.

Good pricing but the hotel needs work. Rooms have no sound proofing whatsoever, can hear everything going on in the halls. Felt very little privacy. The tvs are small and low quality. The ac smelled my mildew. The bathroom had chips missing. The breakfast was mediocre, no bagels just sliced bread and the jam was not pourable, it was in an open container.
