We could not even get a towel for each person, we asked multiple times and they did not have enough for hotel. Room smelt strongly of ammonia, and house keeping did not ever clean the room but we were encouraged to tip. Door does not go all the way down, and overall feels very sketchy with homeless people in the parking lot.

Staff were extremely rude. High levels of drug activity around. Will never stay there again.
-
Dirty rooms, smelt so bad and not safe for anyone to be at
-
We had to leave and find another place to stay because the room was terrible, and they refused to return the money

I personally appreciate the professional hospitality that was shown to me by every employee. Thanks again for leaving the lights again. Lol. I didn't like the internet sucks!!

Do not go there: During the day there was a passed out drug user who peed his pants in the staircase in front of our room, next room with 2 dogs barking until midnight because their owner was out, drunken knocks on door throughout the night, impromptu fire alarm in our room (disfunction device?), ambulance came during the night, chemical/dusty smell, bathroom door not closing (too tight to the floor), etc. DO NOT GO THERE!

The bed and pillows were comfortable enough. And the AC worked The people allowed to hang around outside are scary (drugs and prostitution) It's ridiculously loud all night. Stomping upstairs. Barely any channels on the TV. Just news channels. No amenities at all (no soap, hair dryer, mini fridge, coffee pot. Not even a chair) The light outside our room was so bright even with the black out curtains our room was bright all night. The room showed on Booking.com was NOTHING like the actual room. I reserved a quadruple room for two people only. The beds were crammed in there so tight one was touching the AC unit. The beds were barely bigger than a twin. No way could 4 people have fit in there. Which was good because we only received two towels. I don't expect a lot from a Motel 6 but I definitely expect better. Would not recommend.

The room was clean, my fiancé and I liked the convenience of Dennys, Starbucks and other restaurants and stores near by. Could have used a couple extra pillows and bathroom linens since there was two of us but made it work, my fiancé and I were constantly being bugged by homeless citizens loitering between the hotels property and businesses on 128th street for money and cigarettes, four different times I explained to staff we didn't feel comfortable go down to our rental car to smoke because of this. I believe it was Friday night after returning from visiting family my fiancé and went get out of our rental car a man in dark clothes attempted to walk up behind my fiancé while he was getting belongings out of our rental car, he fled after making eye contact with realizing there was a witness to identify him, I truly believe if this man hadn't seen and made eye contact with me he would have attempted to rob/mug my fiancé. Cops pounding on another door down from our room after 1 am, we watched drug deals take place in your parking lot, other homeless citizens sleeping in their vehicles at the end of the parking lot going towards Starbucks. This motel 6 is a revolving door we observed a lot negative things, observed other guests on both floors not smoking 25 ft away just outside their rooms because they weren't comfortable either, not once was anything said to them. We also made sure our cigarettes were completely out and thrown away in the outside trash, not just thrown on the ground, only for your staff to remove the trash can outside our room temporarily on Friday and our key cards deactivated because I told your maintenance guy I wasn't comfortable going down to our rental car to smoke due to constantly being confronted by the homeless and loitering individuals in your parking lot. My biggest suggestion, if you wish for guests to smoke 25 ft from the hotel find a way to resolve the loitering and homeless citizens from constantly bothering your guests.

The bed was clean and comfortable All of the literally almost naked people hanging out in the parking lot outside my room

This was the single worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The woman running the check in was a belligerent lunatic. She forced me to bring my other people I was staying with IDs and when I ask her why she lost it. I told her to calm down so show proceeds to tell me I need to leave the property and I will have to do a refund through orbitz. Highly recommend not staying here. Driving up to the property was very unsafe as well. This place is a 0/10.

You need 24 hour security. Nothing is done about crime of the drug deals and homeless people. The disturbances 24 7 vicious dogs crapping in none pet areas like in front of my room and the stairs. People are leaning on wall by our door running drugs you hear them thru the walls. Yelling and screaming all times on day n night. Today we heard the pit bull lunging at a loitering drugged by my door threats of shooting the guy and his dog. Ridiculous I have to pay over 100 a night and get no rest when im sick and my son. Employees are great working keep thing cleans and schedule cleaning. But no one cares to enforce rules and i only saw security once when we drove up a week ago. No vending machines work as ir. Ate my money but at least the ice machine did. There one washer that is usually being used by homeless people to wash clothes so I have to go else where a few miles away to clean my clothes. As great as Employees are, one star is as far as I go due to criminal element loitering drug dealing and no enforcement by staff.

My stay was very good

We did not even complete our stay at this hotel. There was so much perfume on the bedding that both my son and I ended up with terrible headaches in under an hour and we decided to leave the property. The door did not close properly, the shower curtain was half hanging off of the wall. There was condensation On the inside of the window.

My non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. So much so that my clothes smelled when I got home . I did not feel safe staying there as a single woman. Lots of activity in the area when I checked in at 1030 pm. People clearly on drugs walking about. Police car in parking lot and I still didn’t feel safe.

Kristina, Alberto, Ralph did everything they could to help. My son and I stayed there for 18 days while I waa on an actual vacation, the reason we stayed at MTL 6 South instead of North
