Holiday Inn Express & Suites Everett by IHG

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The bed was comfy, the room was quite big and could have had a full size sofa in there. It would be a nice addition instead of the little thing that is in the room. The continental breakfast was good. I would stay here again. We came to watch a baseball tournament at Kasch Park and the location was great for that. We didn’t use the pool at all.

The night manager was very inappropriate to my two daughters traveling together. He lied to his supervisor the next day about the fact that he knocked on their door at 2:20am “looking for the luggage cart”, saying that he just remembered what room they were in. He admitted to us when we called to speak to him during the night that he watched the security tapes of them going to their room. He also lied saying he tried to call them first (they received no phone call). Our two baby grandchildren were in the room, also awakened at 2am by his knocking. The ladies were so uncomfortable that they called the police. They did not sleep the rest of the night. Management refused to refund our money, and later refused our calls. They refused to respond to requests from Expedia to refund our money as well. DO NOT STAY HERE! Unscrupulous employee and manager.

Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in late night was very nice and friendly thought. Nothing wrong with staff just that the building was definitely not as maintained as it used to be and you can clearly see they cheaped out on renovations or fixes.

The Holiday Inn Express offered a comfortable experience; the facility was clean, and breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I paid for a suite and didn’t get it they said I reserved a double bed which my reservation says suite payed 189 a night the first room was a suite but broken shades a dogs stains it smelled lamp was broken closed door was broken until I got moved to a double room never again

Everything was great from check-in to checkout. Room with king bed and sofa was spacious. Bed and bedding were comfortable. The only minus was the traffic noise so be sure to request a room not facing the freeway if available. Traffic noise from I-5.

Everything, from check-in to checkout. The entire stay was comfortable and I felt well taken care of. I just want to include two comments for consideration ... 1) consider installing grab bars in the shower/bathtub to improve safety 2) include option for dispensing a half portion of coffee at the coffee brewing machines in the dining area to minimize waste Thank you

Checking in Joshua was very personable and helpful. Only got 1 room key though instead of 2. Not a lot of parking. The area where the breakfast is served was small and hard to navigate with the crowds…it wasn’t an open concept so really only accommodated about 4-5 people before we were walking on top of each other. The seating was fine but where food was served was tight. Our room was on the first floor but was quiet even with a high school baseball and a lacrosse team(probably says more about the kids and coaches than hotel staff) The hotel itself is in a bit of a run down area. No complaints on our room or any staff.

100% amazing! The room was clean, the breakfast was incredible, the staff was friendly. The room didn’t have those loud clunky air conditioners that rev up and make noise all night long. I slept so well! Would definitely stay again.
