The owners/management were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was simple but adequate. The bed was very comfortable. The bedding and towels were clean. Location was very good. The hotel is incredibly dated, it doesn't feel like a pleasant environment to be in. There was a strong smell of mold/damp coming from the basement when the door was open. The bathroom was shabby and in need of updating.

The property was clean and cosy and the owners were wonderful people. It was in the perfect location a stones throw from the beach.

Excellent location 5 minutes walking from Station and town centre and also 5 minutes walking from the beach. Owners very nice and welcoming, the room was clean, comfortable and with everything I needed. Private toilet with bath tub for personal use. Great breakfast included, which is a plus. Definitely recommend and I hope to come back in the near future! It was all great!

The hotel is 1 minute walk from the beach - which was absolutely wonderful. The single room was pretty large with more cupboards and space than I needed! Lovely friendly hosts. Also, although the breakfast was continental, I was able to get bred&cereal-free version of it, which is great too! Nothing not to like.

Very welcoming and attentive staff, we had a room at the front with wonderful sea views which was a fantastic way to start the day. This is a traditional B&B and we enjoyed our overnight stay very much. The decor and ambience are a little dated and noise carries within the building.

Very welcoming hosts. Good breakfast, especially the poached eggs on toast. Hotel is in perfect sea front location. Thank you for our lovely stay Shower over the bath was adequate but not very powerful.
