Clean rooms, staff very good.

The only thing that concerned me was a bunch of guest outside drinking and being loud til 330 am. Not a family oriented situation.

Had great breakfast choices. The staff was helpful and delightful.

Nice lobby. Nice room and clean. Comfortable bed. That’s the best part of my experience. Very low water pressure, taking a shower nearly impossible. Also hot water that is barely able to be called hot. Breakfast looked good but was bland. Ac worked great during the day. At night motion sensor cut it off which wakes you up sweating. Signs of poor care: dirt, overflowing trash cans outside, broken fixtures, delaminating table tops, mildew smell in bathrooms and mold in tub drain. No maid service for days and no towel changes even though no Do Not Disturb sign was provided. And it gets worse. This hotel is mostly occupied full time by a local movie/tv production company’s set workers/laborers. They walked up and down the hallway visiting other rooms and letting their doors slam against the security latch constantly. They loitered in the parking lot with beer in their hands. You can find reviews from years ago on other websites with the same complaints. These people were thrown out of 2 other hotels in town for causing problems. The staff was polite and did what they could but this hotel is not owned by Sonesta, it’s independently owned and I’m sure the owners are only concerned with keeping the hotel constantly full with these laborers as it’s a steady pay for them. They obviously do not care about the few actual guests of the hotel. Do not even think about staying here. Ignore all the good reviews. If owner management would like to contact me I was there from Aug 4-9. Rm 325

The fridge did not work. The TV did not work. Moved us to another room which was just the same. no fridge, no TV. Bed soo so, breakfast very plain, poor selections.

This hotel did the trick but it was definitely lacking. The biggest down side for us was breakfast. The room smelt a bit funny as well, but breakfast was quite disappointing.

Friendly efficient staff. Clean well maintained room.

Great place with awesome value.

Avoid at all cost this place is NASTY! The photos listed here would seem like its a completely different place. The outside is rundown and not clean trash all over. I walked in and then thought ok may be this will be fine. But, as soon as you leave the main common area it either smells like cigarette smoke, weed smoke or dirty gross people. I arrived late but it took 4 room until they got me in one that wasnt completely nasty. I slept in my clothes on top of the sheets and got out of there first thing in the morning.

Door handle didn't work properly and when I asked, I was told "It's a know issue and we get that a lot" Place was dirty and the lights outside didn't even work.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was extremely minimal

Hotel was clean. They have breakfast bar but I didn't try it. I had a suite and it was roomy, clean, and comfortable. Will definitely return to this hotel.

It was a nice and quiet stay.

Rooms were nice and clean but the receptionist would not help us fix our RV or give us another remote nor would she put us in another room, so we had to go 2 days without a television, very disappointed with the help I received with this that could have been a simple fix on their part!

I didn't stay very long but it was very nice, clean and staff were super nice when checking in. Would come back
-
Clean room and facility. Great prices for the rooms. Good location near shopping and restaurant.
