Hampton Inn Fairmont

Hotel presentations was good including the lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was just ok. Now for the bad…. Stayed two nights and both nights my room was full of the smell of marijuana(skunk weed) which made it difficult to sleep. When I talked to the managers at check out they told me “welcome to the new world with medical marijuana”but the building is supposed to be smoke free. They seem concerned about my issue but nothing can be done. I would make them go outside with the other law abiding citizens…..rant over!!!

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice selection for breakfast. Indoor pool wasn't cold. Would stay there again.

Rooms was clean and the location was this perfect for our needs.

So clean and comfortable. Room was perfect, my husband loved the shower (I’m short so it wasn’t as great for me, but I’m used to it). The staff is top shelf! Handled a rough situation with professionalism and grace - admirable. Very friendly and helpful. Nothing.

beds were actually comfortable, the bath tub wouldn't drain but I removed the plug and it was fine. But honestly it was a pleasant stay.

Clean facilities , kind staff The walls were *so* thin, you hear everything on the floor it seemed like. I was disappointed there want a bathtub, but that was fine.

My room was infested in fleas they were all over me legs by the end of my visit

Liked everything The shower could have used a better cleaning or maybe just needed work to the pan around the tiles.

I met a couple of very nice gentlemen that assisted me with my luggage . The location of the motel. It was in an odd area.

The staff was very kind The breakfast was really Good and coffee amazing. The room we got was not what we had booked. It had a Strange smell like a wet dog. The only reason we booked Here was because our normal hotel was full. But family stayed in our normal one and they found it to be about like ours. I don’t know what’s going on in Fairmont. But they need to start working on these places.

Everything was phenomenal. From check-in to check-out, we had a great experience. I highly recommend it.
