Quality Inn Fairmont

Never again will we stay at one of these hotels. They knew my husband was disabled with a servise dog upon checking in. We usaly choose hotels with breakfast because he is also diabetic. Easting first thing in the morning is important with taking diabetic medicine. He was denied entry by management with his serice dog. We should have been told this when booking a room.

This hotel should be shut down! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

This experience was.... horrible. My 2 kids, wife and I were traveling pretty late and so we decided to stay at this place overnight. When we first checked in, the gentlemen at the front was very professional and nice. That's where our nice experience ended. After we were given the key to our room, we opened the door and were immediately hit in the face with a terrible mildew smell. We took a few steps in and I immediately turned around to ask for another room. The gentleman said the hotel was full and the only other room he could give me was a room where the door could not lock from the inside. At this point it was about 11 pm, in an unfamiliar place with 2 children and my only option given to me was an unsafe hotel room. I immediately put our stuff back in the car and went to a Marriott that was much nicer. I messaged the hotel after the incident and never got a reply back or any offers for a refund. This place was horrid.

Room was very clean badly maintained door had to be lifted up to close toilet was very low and when you sat on it you were actually in the bowl will not stay there again

It is an older motel, but the staff was great and the cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast had a variety of options. I would definitely stày with them when in the areà. Also a shout out for DJ Dinner next door.

Was a great value

Looked at three different rooms. First had mold on the furniture, 2nd smelled like cat urine with the carpet was disgustingly dirty, Third room had a strong Oder of mold. I ended up not staying and drove 3 hours late at night. This property should be removed from this App.

This was such a great breakfast and the lady was super fast at replacing items and keeping the area clean and prepped.

Everything was amazing but the staff, they were the superb. KP helped us so much we were stuck and felt hopeless, but he made sure we fell at home and that we were safe. I’ll never be able to thank him enough. Your breakfast was amazing, the beds were super comfortable. I’m a big pillow person. The location was perfect. And again, all staff members were amazing. I really have no complaints

This hotel was recommended by some friends who had stayed here a year ago and was traveling with us. However, we suspect the hotel was under new management because each of us was extremely disappointed upon check-in. Our rooms were muggy and there was excessive moisture in our rooms. Our clothes and towels felt damp. In fact, I had a pill that I had left out on the dresser and it was soft and soggy the next morning. I flushed it down the toilet which kept running non-stop during our stay. My room had a filthy toilet which I cleaned myself and refused to sit on. I took a shower immediately afterwards (I used toilets elsewhere when necessary). It was so gross! I was traveling with a service animal and was afraid to complain because I got the last available room and was worried I'd be forced to move to another hotel while everyone else was staying here. (Our rooms were non-refundable because the refundable date had already passed). Our doors did not close securely and my door had a broken/missing swing bar lock. Breakfast was okay but we preferred the diner at the top of the hill. This hotel felt dirty and neglected. We agreed that none of us would choose this hotel in the future. There are several hotels in the area that would've provided us with more satisfactory conditions. I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere and pay the extra money for something more satisfactory.

Staff and service were excellent

This was definitely not a pleasant experience. I do not recommend staying here. My ceiling was covered in stains and the ac wasn’t working properly. I made sure to let staff know and they could’ve cared less

Handicap parking is terrible

Pool is filled in with toads the shower was broken and couldn't be used. Roaches everywhere. Would not recommend staying here.

Very convenient to many things. Room was clean, staff is always very polite. The room we had the floor squeaked like crazy and felt bad if anyone was on the first floor under our room.

I like price staying at the hotel … Why I choice this hotel and off of high way 68 . The hotel room was not clean and had a musky smell, like mildew. I brought it to the hotel manager's attention. He told me he knew about it, and people above him need to do something about it, and they don’t care about the hotel and letting it run down ?‍♀️ I show them the couch was unclean with stains, the floor felt damp with water from the air conditioning, and the desk chair had mold on it. Air conditions did not jeep room cool just made a humming noise during the night. If I was score this hotel, I would give it 2.0 out of 10. Bathroom sheets were clean and bathroom were clean as well. If person has allergies or breathing problem this is not place to stay at all. If very low on money, don't worry about cleanliness place to stay at. I have stay at this hotel many times it used to be very cleaning but now cleanest is going down hill with managers not taking care of hotel. Price is right but cleanliness has gone downhill. You think have business take care of your business cleanest be first priority for the hotel ? ?
