Super 8 by Wyndham Fairmont

The staff was awesome. So friendly & accommodating. Breakfast was delish. Awesome that the mobility room was so close to breakfast & the outside door. Will definitely be back. The bed in the handicapped room was way too small. Maybe get a bigger bed but keep it the same height from the floor. Water pressure could have been a little better in the shower but it still felt wonderful. My only complaint is the size of the bed & whoever was staying above us sounded like they were tearing the place down.

Staff was so nice and helpful. Beds were so comfortable. Usually I struggle to sleep at hotels but I had really good sleep. Only complaint would be the blankets. They were thin, and it was like I was sleeping with the window curtain.

Clean ,quiet Needs better breakfast

It was clean, inexpensive, and convenient.

The room and facilities were clean and comfortable.I loved the flooring and the ability to sign into my Netflix account on the tv. They were accomodating to my small dog! We did not eat breakfast there... the staff member who set it up did not wash his hands or use any gloves before setting up the station. I know this because he didn't do so when he was replenishing the supplies. We did eat some of the pre-wrapped granola bars and went across to Cracker Barrell.There was a gentleman right outside the front door smoking a cigarette every time we went out. That was a little off putting and decreased curb appeal. I don't know if he resides at the hotel but he shouldn't have been allowed to smoke where people are entering and exiting. There were smoking receptacles all around the bldg for their use. We could've use another bar of soap or so.

Breakfast was very very poor. Even their coffee was not good.

Didn’t eat breakfast. Appeared to be a good offering. The only complaint I had was guests in room above us woke us up at 1:30 AM sounding like stomping and waking very heavy. Also sounded like they were moving furniture. However one call to the lady working the desk solved the problem. Also gentleman working the afternoon shift, Patrick, was extremely helpful.

That is was right off the thruway next to a dollar store and a gas station The hallway smelled like dog pee. We arrived at 930p and got a room. We had to be up early to leave to continue on our track back home. The room above us was throwing things on the ground, stomping around, moving furniture around. We had complained about an hour of dealing with it. Front desk said they would call and tell them to stop. It’s didn’t. It got louder and worse. To the point where I had to walk down and demand a new room. The modern team was there and a baseball team and let me tell you never again. They were in every room talking loud, had tv’s blaring. We got maybe 3 hours of sleep. We decided next time to not skimp out and pay the extra for the better hotels. OH AND THERE WAS USED BARS OF SOAP ALL OVER THE BATHROOM. It was never cleaned

Reserved room with king size bed. Only had 2 double beds available. When we got in the room one of the double beds was already slept in. Still food and beverages in the refrigerator. Used wash cloth on bathroom counter. Toilet seat broken and I almost fell off the toilet. Told front desk clerk and she did not seem too concerned.

Check in was flawless. The young man at the desk was friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean. Great location. Definitely will be my go to while staying in the area.

It could have had some body lotion in the bathroom.
