good location so far accessible

Location was good for old town, elevator and aircon is effective, shared kitchen is big - and that's about all that can be said for good points. We used this as a 2 night stopover to explore the town and for an early morning flight. Room was very compact, though advertised as deluxe double. Absolutely no sound proofing, we could hear conversations next door, and guests walking upstairs and downstairs and along corridors at all hours. Roof terrace was basic, tired furniture and laundry left lying around to dry. Rooftop bar was closed and used as a laundry room. Staff were civil but otherwise uninterested; they gave us basic information on getting into the building, we had to work out everything else ourselves: WiFi codes, using aircon, terrace location etc. We were charged 10 euros to store 2 small rucksacks before check-in time of 4pm.

Comfortable, clean and stylish, kind staff, great location

The shower in the bathroom leaked a lot, even if it was only a short 5 minute shower. The whole bathroom would be flooded with water and the towels were not enough to soak up the water.
-
Location, size of room. Not as described … no roof top bar. Dirty walls. Screws sticking out in bathroom nearly injuring child. Would in bathroom.

There was water in the floor and it was squishy with mold. Made me worried the floor would break through.

triple room was handy and bathroom was very spacious. Good location to walk into Faro town . Local supermarket very close and lovely park opposite Only paid parking on the street at the hotel . There was one space for dropping off bags but we were told to move as soon as we were finished unpacking.

There was an elevator! It was so nice not to carry my suitcase up stairs. There was a rooftop area to sit. The room was pretty small but it was good for one night.

Very basic hostel type accommodation. I booked a junior ensuite which was sufficient. My friends booked a standard room and whilst cheap it didn’t even contain wardrobes It is very basic 2 star accommodation.

Nice terrace area downstairs and on the rooftop but the bar was not open Nice decor throughout Large communal kitchen area which could be used by guests The bathroom door was terrible - it was a slide across door which did not run smoothly, had no lock at all and left an inch wide gap the whole way round which meant you could hear everything going on in the bathroom and there was no privacy at all - not ideal when sharing a room with a friend No hairdryer in the room and they asked for a 20 Euro deposit for me to use one which I think is outrageous for a paying guest at what is advertising itself as a 'boutique hotel' Plastic under sheets on the bed which made quite a lot of noise when you turn over No tea/ coffee making facilities in the room and you had to pay 1 euro at the machine in the kitchen I asked for a second pillow and was told that might not be possible as the hotel was full - again not the response I would expect at a boutique hotel....in the end I did get one

Kind staff, great facilities, lovely location close to a beautiful park with peacocks and within easy walking distance of the centre. Cot was provided for free, and there is an elevator for pram access. Good value for money. There was a lot of crashing about in the night, 2/4 nights we stayed. Presumably it was other guests so not the hotel's fault, but it was a bit frightening. The room was also very small, but reasonable given the price. Also there are steps at the entrance which aren't ideal for pram or wheelchair users. Difficult to avoid though!

Nice staff, good common room. Everything was cool, good value for money. Only there was a very heavy smell of mold in the dorm room, so much that I would not recommend sleeping there due to health risks.
