It was ideal for what we wanted

Good for a small hotel. Nothing,

Reception for TV for many channels was poor in my part of the hotel, but I was not in the room all that much time each day for it to be a nuisance. I would have liked additional written instructions -- about functional things such as "OK to open windows," a guide for TV channels, and other small things. However, staff quickly answered any questions I asked.

Great location

The staff was really kind and the room was well insulated. They had ac which is good since it started to be too warm. The town is easy to walk around so even if not in the center it is easy to get to. Shower door was leaking a bit, but we just took a towel to absorb it.

Excellent location and great staff. The room was good except for the air conditioning which seemed to quit on our last day/night. Overall very happy with our stay and we would definitely stay again. As stated in the previous response, the air conditioning could have been better but it did not truly impact our impression of the Hotel and our stay.

Breakfast was available starting at 7am which seemed to be about the earliest in the area - potentially helpful for those with early departures or flights. Breakfast itself was a reasonable spread with typical items for the region (eggs, sausage, baked goods, cereals). Staff were quite friendly and helpful. I don't know if it was just my room on the 1st floor, but any use of the plumbing seemed to be audible, with water and pipe sounds nearly constant through the evening hours and quieting towards 11pm. These were noticable but I was able to sleep. Room temperature control was locked to only heating options (currently it's December) and actually the room was a bit hot so I cracked the window, but there were relatively frequent street noises outside.

The staff, the location was very quiet and central to everything including the Old Town I really loved my stay there and hope to return soon Nothing

Found it very small

Room was small and dingy, scratchy bedsheets, situated on ground level so it was noisy, impossible to find an electrical outlet to charge phones. No courtesy drinking water provided to room. This was not a 3-star hotel...stay away.

We enjoyed it so much that we extended our vacation one more day and returned to the hotel.

I had very positive interactions with two different shifts of staff during my stay. They were very welcoming and accommodating. The location is perfect, right in the middle of old town. It is surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops and very close to the marina. The room was very clean and I do not overly spacious. We did a manage. It had a lovely little balcony overlooking the street. The shower was great, with good water pressure the AC worked and so did the Wi-Fi. It had a working elevator. I would definitely stay here again. I have no negative feedback or concerns about this property. I thought it was just lovely!

Initial room was not as big as it looked in the photos so we had to upgrade. Front desk staff was excellent, and Andrea was exceptionally helpful and friendly and competent. She should get an immediate raise as she is invaluable - 20% minimum.

Very good
