Everything was good, maybe less bread a bit more protein like yoghurt for breakfast?

Everything was good and clean The team was really helpful The facilities were a little too far from the accommodation. In addition, the daily tourist tax should be clearly stated during the booking process, or included in the total price, to avoid any confusion for guests.

A good stay from start to finish. Glad I took their offer of having a car meet me at the train station - made my arrival must smoother and didn’t cost that much more than a taxi since the porter met me and walked me to the riad. My room was amazing and the staff attentive. Breakfast was good, if a bit heavy on the carbs. I had tasty dinners a few nights in the restaurant but there are also plenty of good choices within walking distance. Nothing

The riad may be a little dated, but it's got an excellent set of bones, set in a beautiful 17th century building. The rooftop terrace is huge and has amazing views, pool is nice and refreshing, and our room has ridiculously high ceilings. I think the furniture can do with some updates, but other than that, the hotel offers amazing value. The team is great too, Osama in particular is extremely helpful and chatty. We enjoyed chatting with him and learning more about Morocco through him. Not much really, just perhaps the sofas and carpets look very old and need to be freshened up. Also, when you're making your way to the riad, be warned about the scammers who will try to mislead you, telling you certain roads are closed, and to follow them instead of Google Maps. We said no to them but one still followed us. You can ask the riad to send a porter or someone for you when you arrive. The riad is more than happy to help!

Absolutely beautiful rooftop and pool, and the whole riad is just stunning as well. Our room was fantastic.

The 17th century palace was beautiful. The employees were kind. Right in the center of the Medina. Hotel arranged a porter to meet us at the drop-off spot to walk us to the hotel and bring our luggage. Also gave us great dinner recommendations for the nights we wanted to have a glass of wine with dinner (no wine at this riad). However, the night we had dinner here, it was great. The pool was nice and refreshing on a hot summer day. We had arranged a private transfer with the hotel to pick us up from the airport, but we unfortunately had to wait for almost an hour at the airport before the driver arrived to pick us up. That was a bit of a frustrating way to start the day. But they made up for it by offering us breakfast before we checked in since our flight got there in the morning.

Very authentic experience Too many stairs for those with knee or hip problems , but it’s part of its charm

The hotel where my family and I stayed for three nights was truly one of the best experiences of our lives. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the historic city of Fes with a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Yassine was exceptional, and so were the rest of the staff — highly experienced, professional, and extremely respectful. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. NA

The facilities, room, and breakfast. The property is beautiful and clean. The staff was unorganized. Had to ask, confirm, and follow up to find out if our room was ready (arrived after check-in time and still had to wait 40 minutes). The staff also missed appointments, and the taxi pickup at the airport

Breakfast + welcome tea were wonderful. The room was spacious and the facilities were beautiful. Other guests were quite nice as well--the area was easy to explore.

This was one of the most welcoming properties we have stayed in. The location was extraordinarily authentic , in the very heart of the Medina .

Cool, historic riad centrally located in the medina of Fez. Room was a good size for us. Beautiful courtyards and an excellent view from the rooftop. Wish it would've been warm enough to use the pool area. Breakfast was a little light. Communication with the staff was sometimes difficult as only a few spoke good English.

Good service. The staff, especially Yassine, was efficient and kind. Really good breakfast with delicious breads. Good massage. Quiet. Comfortable bed. The property has a certain authentic charm but is run down. Needs a refresher. Rooms are quiet dark with not enough lighting. No attention to detail( no luggage rack, no slippers, dead flowers in vases, etc…).

    bathroom doesn't have bidet :(

Small thing about the location that can be 10 min away from the main street of the Medina.

We stayed two nights in two superior rooms. We really liked the king-size superior room, as it had a fireplace (we needed it after arriving cold and drenched from Chefchauen). The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The second superior room was beautiful, but it faced a courtyard where a dog howled and barked all night long. So we did not get much sleep. The bathrooms need heating; they're too cold (we travelled in winter). Since it is listed as a Spa, we lacked bathrobes and towels (since there are no radiators and the bathrooms are cool, towels do not dry quickly). Unfortunately, we could not take a bath the second night because there was no hot water. Which was a bummer after a stressful and tiresome day! Otherwise, it is a nice place, and the staff were helpful and nice.

We had a fantastic stay. The riad is beautiful, clean, and full of authentic Moroccan charm. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Great location peaceful yet close to the main attractions. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

    • The building is fantastic and beautifully designed. • The rooms are luxurious — I stayed in the Prestige Room and it exceeded my expectations. • The riad has a restaurant, spa, and can organize transfers and excursions if needed. • Breakfast was included, and I also enjoyed dinner at the riad — everything was delicious. • The staff were very helpful with all requests. I especially interacted with Yassine, who responded promptly and organized everything I needed, but the entire team deserves recognition. • I visited in early January, and the first night was a bit cold in my room, even though the staff provided a heater and the air conditioning was working. • The next day, I was moved to another room of the same category but with a slightly different layout, which solved the issue. • Consider the season and your sensitivity to temperature when booking.
