Good location, accessible by car, nice staff, clean room and comfortable beds. There’s a pool table and a cozy bar inside the hotel. bad lighting in the room, cold room, no cleaning service, didn’t have sandals for the room

Not much. Very old, and run down, needs badly renovating.

The staff were good. It's clean and well maintained; clean bathroom with hot water and clean towels. I would pay more for a few more upgrades The room is so cold even when using AC heating, because the windows don't close properly. No soundproofing at all, we could literally hear conversation of people standing next to the door, and also we were bothered by sounds from outside because of the windows improper sealing. Rooms with window to the museum are right above the parking which is too noisy specially at night because the parking is also used by people visiting the night club. The hotel doesn't have dedicated parking, they force you to park in an alley behind the hotel. it's so narrow and crowded and if it's full you have to go look for where to park your car. and it's not free of course !

Good Location, very close to Blue Gate. Spotlessly clean,.Big size Room, comfortable bed. I request a room in Higher Floor it was arranged, room has a big window with a great view. The lobby area have a great sitting arrangement surrounding a fountain. Staff members are so cordial and helpful. Easy check in and Check out. WiFi is not included with all Rooms. There's no amenities in room. (It wasn't mentioned also, so I haven't any complaints)

Great location right in the centre of Fes. Had all the entertainment we were after for a single night ie a swimming pool, snooker table, TV, bar, etc. and the staff were incredibly accommodating. The only issue we came across was the poor pressure in the shower - but it wasn't a big deal, and was to be expected as the rooms were incredibly cheap.

Great location right next to the Medina, bar and pool were great to get back to after a long day out in the hustle and bustle. Rooms were air-conditioned and clean. Staff were friendly and crack of dawn airport transfer went off without a hitch.

Nice Room, comfortable bed, good food, great location, friendly staff especially Khamar who was most helpful and professional.

The location and friendly staff They play music until about 01 o'clock (1 a.m.) which you hear very well in the hotel room, given that the bar is in the middle of the hotel which makes it feel like you are sleeping in the bar itself.
