The room looks clean but the smell is off. I need to use a deodorizer to smell good. Fire alarm act up at the middle of the night while we are sleeping.

I'm grateful we had our large dogs with us, because that whole vibe was incredibly sketchy. It felt like he was scoping out our room, or worse. I was legitimately afraid something would happen to my daughter. NEVER AGAIN.

When my room was assigned I wasn't told that the pool was open until 10pm. I had people standing on the narrow sidewalk between my door and the pool fence speaking loudly to people in the pool. I requested a room change but was told they were all booked up

Room was very clean and quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Room was clean check in person was great

The whole room was damp and sticky. I couldn't shower so to ask the hair in the bottom of the shower. Even if I had wanted to, they dont offer shampoo. The door didn't close all the way unless it was locked with the deadbolt. No coffee pot but we can get coffee in the office between 6 and 10.
