Not really clean and not in a safe area.

A lot of drugs and users here , no frig or microwave in the room. Room was clean property maintained well just not family friendly and didn't feel very safe.

Property needs some refreshing. Door sweeps are missing and broken in many doors. Property needs exterior cleaning and refreshing, looks run down and unkept. Lots of characters walking around the property asking to buy cigarettes for a dollar, clearly some long term residence have made this hotel their home. After 12 nights of travel, this was the least desirable place that we stayed.

They then moved us to second floor rooms. The rooms were cleaner but the tenants around us had their own issues. One was clearly harboring a prostitute and my husband caught him masturbating in his jeep in broad daylight in the parking lot! Another neighbor ended up with a threat of weapons which had the place surrounded by cops and swat and snipers. The madness never ended. We didn’t have much choice in places as we are a family of five with animals and military would only pay so much per day for reimbursement and other actual hotels were full. The staff were okay but it couldn’t excuse for the area. They only had one working washer to use for the whole motel.

Constantly have police at this location, multiple shootings. SWAT was called in, motel tried everything they could to try and not give us a refund. Garbage place and people.

Ive been staying here almost 2 weeks, paying good money to, because they have not been cheap due to comedians and people coming to perform, no ice in the ice machine, which is the basic amenities ha, rooms have been dirty (being cleaned by the same person) found spiders in lamps, was able to let one back outside. Had a police standoff yesterday had to wait 2 hours for a room to which the staff didn't care or offer any kind of substitutes or accommodations. I turned their towels black and green from cleaning before I could lay down and rest, so youre welcome to whomever gets those rooms, community is cool, some staff is okay, rooms are cool and basic.

Just staying for the night on our way thru, it was nice for that reason and affordable. No pet fee is a huge bonus when having 2 dogs. Room was fine. It’s old and used but it was clean.
