Quality Inn & Suites Fife Seattle

Room was clean. Treadmill was busted. Homeless people in cardboard window cars in parkkng lot overnight. They asked for the id of ALL THE PEOPLE STAYING WITH ME...super annoying.

We were upstairs with no elevator. Breakfast help was overwhelmed and spent more time conversing than filling trays. Worst one we have stayed in. Needs lots of updating but room was clean

Truly old hotel, trying it's best to stay modern. It's quite basic, but the staff is great.

Our room had burned holes on the blankets holes in the wall, water leaking from handle, one tv wouldn't work and the TV remotes also didn't work all taped up. Worst of all there were ants in one of the beds. I wasnt able to find something else last minute or we would have left.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Quality Inn. When I went in to register, there was two other men getting ready to fight in the lobby. They were cussing and threatening each other, and the clerk just stood there. Rather than telling them to leave or calling the police. The shower had a hole in the bottom. The faucet on the sink just slide around on the sink. The bathroom door would not shut without force. The air conditioner made noise all night, sounding like someone was outside the windows. This was the worst Quality Inn I've ever been to.

First of all, I booked a non smoking room. The stench was so bad of cigarettes.The room was not clean.I have about ten pictures of the cigarette burns in the comforters filthy.The phone was out of socket, and there was literally toilet paper in every possible section of the room.It was absolutely the worst experience, and if it wasn't so late and I hadn't paid so much money, I would have just left . The room was filthy.

Check in and out was OK. The front desk people were friendly. The room was in moderate disrepair.

It was not difficult to access the hotel and it was close to where we were visiting. Key constantly kept malfunctioning and we would have to go to the front counter to get a new key. I also booked 2 rooms and one of the rooms fridges was not working properly and wouldn’t cool. Also one of the tv did not have any way of accessing the internet and connecting to any online platforms. When we arrived there were no parking spots available close to our room because it was taken by construction trucks and machines. Breakfast was ok. My baby was sleeping and I asked if I could take my husband a plate to my room and I was not allowed even though his breakfast was paid for.

Nothing!!! They did the bate and switch. We did not get the room we paid for. The wifi required and unusual large amount of information, name, address, phone number. This was a motel 6 room for a suite price. Staff was not helpful..

room was very cold when we arrived took over an hour and a half to get it to a comfortable temperature. there was no chair to sit in except a rolling desk chair.

The breakfast was terrible. The room was dirty and the water smelled bad. Was supposed to have joining rooms but they did not give us joining rooms. Would not stay here again.

Towels are supposed to be white!!!! If the bedspread has cigarette burns don't put it on somebody's bed.

The location was nice We woke to ants everywhere! The shower was impossible to figure out that we gave up. The front desk was no help and offered no condolences for the ants l. The beds were dirty and uncomfortable

This hotel was not clean at all! Our floors were sticky in the room with ants crawling everywhere. Hair in the sheets and bathtub. And that wasn’t even the worst of it, on both queen beds the sheets, blankets and covers had burn holes in them!!!! Like someone smoked cigarettes or drugs on the beds and they didn’t even bother to throw the bedding away. Absolutely disgusting.

We all enjoyed the breakfast. The clerks were well mannered and kind. I can tell they work hard to manage the casino crowd guests. They do have a lot of rules. The TV in our room wasn't functioning properly. I didn't bother anyone about it until checkout. There were some dings in the room furniture, nothing too great. It is good for value, don't expect five stars.

The lowest Quality Inn I've ever stayed at. Dirty and messy outside, although they were cleaning it up during my stay, but was way overdue. Front desk staff was so rude when I checked in about my request for an accessible room that I made when booking, and interpreted me to practically shout there were no first floor rooms available and I could take the second floor (obviously no elevator) or cancel my booking. Overpriced for the condition it was in.
