Extended Stay America Suites Tacoma Fife

I travel the PNW for CFA Cat shows. This was the worst I've ever stayed at and is the highest price. The motel is old and smells old. I was on the 3rd floor and had to climb the stairs with my stuff. Breakfast was generic muffins that taste the same no matter the flavor. Or instant oatmeal. Those were your only choices. Smokers were allowed to smoke near the back door entrance.

Weren’t helpful in fulfilling my refund request for early check out. Fresh folded towels had pieces of other people hair still in them. Shower curtain had old hardened soap scum on them with hair still inside the soap scum. Door didn’t shut fully so if you weren’t paying to much attention it will be open leaving room for intruders.

Was clean, staff wonderful and parking was good in a fenced lot.

Dirty bathroom , lobby smells like cigarettes, and the floors in the suites were sticky.

I couldnt even check in, there was no body at the front desk. I waited for an hour after a long drive.

The GM

Kalilo Harvest. He was great. He went above and beyond. The whole staff was great, except for the GM. She needs just a tad bit of compassion. My wife is disabled and she offended us when she stayed this is a Hotel. Not a hospital. The GM

Very disappointing stay considering how much I spent here. My corridor absolutely stank of weed which made it hard to sleep as it was coming through the walls and under the door. I placed towels around the door to try to block it but it was still choking me. It was pretty noisy and the parking lot was full of trash and dog poop. All the amenities were locked away so you had to request if you wanted plates, cutlery, hairdryer etc. All that being said, the staff were very nice and helpful. I've stayed at a lot of hotels but this was just really disappointing.

This hasn't been my worst experience, but it was not good either. Poor quality. Poor cleaning. cleaning, service, appearance

Honestly, there really wasn’t much I liked about this stay. The breakfast was very basic — only oatmeal, coffee, and hot chocolate, which was disappointing. The room had a bad odor, like it hadn’t been cleaned or aired out properly. The bathroom didn’t even have a fan, which made it uncomfortable. On top of that, there was trash sitting in the hallway by my room, which made the place feel unclean and poorly managed. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. What I didn’t like was the lack of cleanliness, comfort, and overall service. The room smelled bad, like it hadn’t been cleaned or aired out properly, which made it hard to relax. The bathroom didn’t have a fan, so it felt stuffy and uncomfortable. The breakfast options were very limited, with only oatmeal, coffee, and hot chocolate, which was disappointing. On top of that, there was trash left in the hallway near my room, making the place feel dirty and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, after I came back from breakfast, my key card stopped working and I couldn’t get back into my room right away, which was frustrating. Overall, it was a bad experience and not worth the money.

It was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy to manage. Overpriced for not having a nice breakfast, house keeping without extra charge and no pool.
