The view of the caldera from our room was breathtaking. Thww we staff were an 11/10. Very mature, very helpful and highly professional. I liked everything about the property - facilities, location staff.

The view from room was spectacular. The serving staff at VLounge for breakfast were so professional and prompt with service and kind. Ability to pick up and drop off rental car at hotel was very convenient. Excellent location to lovely restaurants and main pedestrian path. The number of steps required to get to the pool. But then again its in Thira and everthing is built on a hill so this should be expected.

We were in room 103. The property is almost dead center in the middle of everything right there. It’s at the top of the caldera so you don’t have to walk up or down massive amounts of steps to get there. Everything was clean, the view from the balcony was awesome! They have an elevator! Breakfast at the bar upstairs was wonderful with a variety of Greek dishes, and typically breakfast items. They will help procure a rental car, atv or scooter. Nothing to complain about. You need to get up early if you wanna go see the most popular things because when the cruise ships come in, it gets pretty crowded.

I visit Santorini every time I visit Greece (i.e., many times) and this was one of the best boutique hotels I stayed at. It fully met my expectations and my "parameters." It was located in a perfect location with an easy, short walk to all the shops and restaurants. It was also in an easily accessible location that I could walk to the hotel from the central bus stop in Fira. The hotel had a private infinity pool area within proximity to the hotel. Since I have been to the island many times, I've seen most of the sights. As a result, I thoroughly enjoyed lounging at the hotel. The comp breakfast was excellent and service was friendly and professional. And here's the best part - the room was phenomenal. I could view the ocean from my bed and of course, my balcony. What else do you need !?? Overall, a wonderful stay and I would definitely highly recommend and stay here again. Definitely worth the money. No complaints; everything was great.

A bit of a walk to the pool, but it had a pool and was centrally located in Fira.

The views from the room balcony and the rooftop bar are unparalleled. Finally, the highlight of my stay, were the reception team who made the stay special. Kudos to Polivios, Flavia and Haylay!

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. One of the best staff I’ve ever encountered. They provided dinner recommendations and were always on point. The property was clean and the breakfast was incredible and healthy. Located in the heart of downtown with lots of shops and restaurants. Close to the boat ports for cruises as well.

Location, the room with the view, and the complimentary a la carte breakfast with a mini buffet, too. There wasn't much not too like but the bathrooms were a little dark.
