Kafieris View Hotel - Adults Only

Everything! Very clean, our host was 11/10 very kind and supportive, the view was absolutely insane, especially from the terrace or from the rooms with a view, location is close to Fira (800-1000m to Fira bus station) and in my opinion is the best location you can stay in because you can easily access Kamari (beach) and Oia anytime you want by bus or taxi or ATV. Also the bathroom design is something great. There is no thing that I can say I didn’t like.

Everything. Kafieris is a magical place. We started our stay with an incredible breakfast on their rooftop. Then, we went to meet our beautiful room. It was amazing, very comfortable and clean and had an amazing view as well. The staff were great! Niko arranged everything for me and my friend and he made sure we had a great experience on the island. From places to go and eat, to the catamaran sunset tour and the transportation services. One of the best experiences so far!!!

Great view. Catered continental breakfast was brought to our room every morning. Free Parking! This is huge if you have a car. Breakfast is more continental style with different breads, sweets, yogurt, hard boiled eggs and instant coffee. Very friendly staff. Quiet at night. Really good spot away from most of the noise but still accessible restaurants and shops. It's a little hard to find initially especially if you arrive late. It's at the tip top of a hill with hairpin turns.

A little bit far from Fira bus station, it’s only 15-20 min walk but the lanes in Santorini are narrow and bumpy

It‘s the service, it‘s how their treat their guests. They go beyond service, most especially Nikos ;), you are exceptional and the best all over Santorini. You are very welcoming and accomodating to our requests. It is very appreciated. So aside from that you have the best view all over Santorini, breakfast serve at your room and having it at the balcony with the Caldera at your front. This is a rare-find. So don‘t hesitate to book if you are reading this. You will sure have a great time staying here. P.S The Three Bells of Fira is at your reach. Literally you can watch them taking pictures from the hotel. And the view at the Terrace is also rewarding. They have the highest viewpoint. ;) Nothing. :))

We love the room view. The intimacy. The bed was very comfortable. The room smelled good every day and clean. We got good recommendations where to eat from Nikos. We surely reccomend to come! Great location also. We were close to the city center. We got the high rooms so no one was above us on the caleda . We could observe others from other hotels though. We loved it. Everything's great

Everything was good

The manager was super helpful—solo female traveler so he helped me with my really heavy bags—-and even arranged my transportation and one of my excursions. Was also super helpful with recommending places to eat in the area. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed. And they offered to clean the pool everyday for me which was great. Nothing bad to say at all

Everything is completely perfect: clean, comfortable bed for all of us, quiet. Nikos gave us a warm welcome and support. Breakfast is nice and change everyday. Hotel has a stunning view as well compare to Oia. Nothing.

Kafieris View offered an exceptional stay in Santorini. The highlight was definitely the terrace, providing breathtaking caldera views that were simply unforgettable, especially at sunset. Despite being right in the bustling center of Fira, the hotel environment felt surprisingly peaceful and quiet, offering a perfect escape. This central location was incredibly convenient for exploring the town, accessing shops, and finding restaurants easily. It perfectly balanced tranquility with prime accessibility. Highly recommended for anyone wanting stunning views and a central yet serene base in Fira.

The location is excellent with an incredible view. Mr. Nikos is very attentive and always available via message. He recommended an excellent boat tour and also arranged our transfers to and from the port at a very fair price. The only downside is that the shower area is open, so the bathroom tends to get wet when taking a shower (which I noticed is common in many hotels across the Greek islands)
