Average stay. The carpet was very dirty, and the breakfast was more basic than what you normally get at other hotel chains. They ran out of coffee before breakfast hours were even over and never refilled it. The staff was quite unfriendly for a hospitality business. I would not stay here again.

Staff were nice and free parking.

Clean room, friendly staff. The only disappointment was breakfast. There was no variety in hot breakfast served. We stayed 5 days and the same hot breakfast was offered.

The staff was nice and helpful, but we had no hot water for showers and the clean towels had long black hair all over them and in tub and on toilet. The room said non smoking but it smelled like an ash tray when we walked in. We ended up not even staying there to finish our trip due to the issues above.

Great experience, excellent staff, pool area clean, breakfast good and parking availability was good.

Exceptional

I'm in the process of moving out of my place and needed a night's stay. I was turned away for having a local zipcode on my ID according to their policies and now have to call around for a refund on a supposed non refundable stay. There is no posting about this policy and I had enough driving around.

Location was very convenient, comfortable room with plenty of space for the price, and staff were amazing!

Everything was good except we couldn’t get hot water for the shower at 8:30 am

I always stay here every three months. Great front desk , clean rooms and very good breakfast. Staff is great !

We had a very pleasant stay. I had a procedure at the hospital and I needed to rest so the hotel let us check in early. The room was very comfortable and I love the way the bed felt, I have back issues. Staff were very nice and welcoming. I will come here again.

The breakfast was great and the lady cleaning attentive to when more food needed to come out. She was excellent and friendly Everything met our needs. the weight room could've been a little bigger but it was perfect the way it was. My son went to the planet fitness but my husband was able to enjoy the bike at the hotel.

We also asked to check out the day early, but was told because we booked through a third-party they could not cancel it. The third-party said we could it to the staff. The lady telling us no was the same lady that would not look for a handicap chair. I should've asked man that was there the next day. All in all it was not a bad day, but the laziness of the woman was terrible

Parking can be tricky—and there is no room for large vehicles. It is right across from the Days Inn (shared parking) and it is a budget hotel. For a budget hotel it is a good one

With so many options at Flagstaff it was not easy to pick a place for a family of five, but this place hit all our boxes. Fair price, very clean, quiet, breakfast and close to Walmart and Sam’s. I’d recommend it for sure.
