Good place for my dogs

The property itself was nice. Our room was ok. The beds and pillows were too soft. Also, breakfast was ok. They didn’t keep it well stocked throughout breakfast. Also, you have to pay for parking during your stay and if you have guests visit you, they have to pay for parking as well.

Spacious room. Excellent outdoor amenities: fire pit, grills, games. Huge lobby with areas to meet your needs.

We arrived at this hotel. The hotel check-in was extremely easy. Breakfast was absolutely amazing with a variety of foods very close to everything that you need to go into Flagstaff. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families. The pool was amazing as well.

The rooms were great for a family of 4. They had a fridge to keep food cool that we brought with us, workout facilities was a good size to accommodate lots of people, the pool was good size and the breakfast bar covered all of our needs. Will definitely stay again when traveling through Flagstaff.

Im not exactly happy to pay 25 bucks to park for two nights, but I knew it going in, so that's on me, but it was more than the website claimed. Normally hotels in Arizona don't charge to park since you are a guest. Hilton has found a new revenue stream for all its properties. The hotel was great.

Great stay! Clean rooms, fun for kids!

Love the big room. My daughter have plenty of space to run around. I love that they have extra pillows and blankets. We arrived a little early so we took my toddler walking outside and that was fun. She really enjoyed it before bedtime.

It was clean, everyone was kind.

Breakfast was substantial Rooms were nice

Front desk staff was great. It is a little confusing having two hotels in one building but other then that we had a great stay. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Great stay.

We had a great stay. The only one thing what I suggest is changing pillows because they are very soft and not good support. Everything else was great! Thank you !

The property was beautiful and the staff was very sweet

We loved the breakfast and very pet friendly!

The one drawback from my perspective was that pets are allowed. I always enjoy dogs and cats, but hearing a large dog trot across the floor of the room above me was a little annoying. Or hearing one bark next-door. Other than that, it is a clean, modern, and friendly place to stay. One other disappointment was the information in Expedia did not mention a seven dollar fee for parking each day. I would still recommend the place.

Also, the pool is filled with so much chlorine that it’s probably not even safe. The room is filled with the smell of chlorine, it even burns the eyes. My son swallowed water and woke up with his throat burning, so I will have to take him to the doctor to see what it is. I’m afraid it’s a burn from the chlorine. He’s the only one that woke up feeling sick after being in the pool. Some positives: the beds are very comfortable! The lobby is spacious and the amenities are great. The staff is always so nice and welcoming.
