- The 24 hour reception was unattended, leaving a group of guests out in the cold waiting for them to return and check in. - There was no sign on the building indicating it was an Oaks Hotel; only a small sign on the reception desk. - The room wasn't clean; there was marks on walls, carpet was raised and damaged, pen/ink marks on walls, paint missing on the ceiling and a hole in the wall that had been freshly spakfilled (not even sanded; still lumpy). - No noise reduction from traffic outside. We were on the 17th floor and could hear all the traffic on the roads. - Windows didn't seal properly, the blinds moved with the wind blowing in. - Bed was right under a window and the pillows actually touching the window so the blinds would hit the window if we moved in bed. - The cupboards in the kitchen were peeling and falling apart. - Cupboards in the bathroom had water damage. - Called prior to check-in regarding parking and was told the room came with a parking spot, only to be told on arrival that we had to pay for it.

The rooms were spacious The property for what we paid wasn’t the best. The hallways smelt like cigarette smoke, the walls in the room were marked and run down. We found 2 bugs crawling on the kitchen bench top when we arrived and the noise of the cars while trying to sleep was ridiculous

Large Apartment Building close to public transport a small supermarket. with parking Bedding and towels are good quality. I had an excellent view looking south. Lifts were slow Carpark kinda confusing

Parking to pick up and drop off key was difficult because of location. Building is not named anywhere as 'Oaks', so I didn't know if I had found the correct building. Kitchen sink was very slow to drain.

The area surrounding is very unsafe for gangs even day time. Unit was cold for me

location was close to hospital where i was having an operation The set up of the shower / bath combination is not very good for edlerly people to get in and out of especially after having surgery. the height of the bath to enter the shower was way to high and therefore i could not use the shower.

Excellent wifi coverage. Decent apartment for the price and walking distance from IGA groceries which is open even on public holidays. Friendly staff and covered car park available (paid) as well The name and title of the Booking did not match the name of the property.
