Proximity to hospitals The room was not clean. There were food bits on the benches and table. The heater is behind the blind and unable to be used of a night. It was a very cold room.

Location was great. Face to face staff were friendly. Where do I start? No towels, nor soap, not enough extra blankets, not enough toilet paper. Unsure whether parking was going to be included as it was not able to be included in booking which when coming from interstate was quite worrying. When phone number was rang about no towels or soap was made to feel like a nuisance and was told "sorry can't help you until 9.30 tomorrow morning"

Location was excellent. Close to the children's hospital. Trams just across the road. Plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Not really anything I didn't like, very old but still had everything we needed.

Walking distance to city, close to iga and liquor. Apartment was nice and quiet except amulance and police with sirens going passed every 5 minutes due to the big hospitals. Noone ever in reception. Would be nice to have some sort of shelf in the shower to put soap and products on instead of the floor.

Easy walking distance to the Royal children's Hospital. Friendly, understanding staff. Certainly eased my stress as a parent while my child was in hospital. Highly recommended.

Not applicable for meals. The location could not have been better. Transport at door and shopping areas only short walking distance I couldn’t find anything that needed to improve. It was an excellent place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

Good sized room. Excellent front desk and great people on front desk. Good location. Items changed every 2 days - was good. Some off street parking generally available - especially for overnight parking. Parking was a nightmare - if had front (in reality at back of garage) park it was possible that you could not get your car out - they need to spend money and fix side roller door - then becomes usable - at moment they are selling parking spaces which are worse than useless. WiFi was generally good - except on two occasions (over a day long each case) we could not access any of routers - and were trying on 3 different devises which previously all worked fine - was told all OK - but I am 100% confident all was not OK.

The price and the kitchenette and the close proximity to the city. Sarah was fantastic and left me an after hours envelope with concise instructions. To house 3 people for 140 a night makes you wonder why you would consider an uber or taxi to the outer suburbs. We got a late check out and had lunch in Ascot Vale at the Laurel before heading home southeast. Nothing

The location is convenient and it has parking facilities at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and welcoming to the accommodations. Definitely recommend Apartments on Flemington. There wasn’t a lift and wasn’t mentioned on the facilities section. Hot water ran out quickly and there wasn’t any heating in the individual rooms.

Didn’t get breakfast Cleanness and re-stock coffees sugar and bathroom stuff.

Staff were delightful :) Very helpful. Three flights of stairs and no lift. Run out of hot water when I had a shower. Shower did not look clean. Noisy location - although also a very hand location. No ABC or SBS on TV, just static. Nobody at reception after 5pm.

Cold showers

Everything was great except for 1 thing in the bottom of the bathroom Vanity which is where silly me put my makeup purse and it was soaking wet, there must be a loose pipe, I meant to tell the manager but we had an early hospital appointment and it was too early to be open, we would stay here again. Nothing really next time I will try to get a lower floor.
