Simply elegant, bright and comfortable - I keep coming back though my son is no longer at the Uni. It’s an older building, so there’s no lift which didn’t bother me but may bother some.

I continue to come back. Staff, location, bedroom and ensuite bathroom is amazing. I enjoy coming back. Room is generally clean and I thank all the staff for what you do for me. Noise from outside, but I can't complain really.

My stay was exceptional. They allowed me to do an early check-in, and the room was already ready when I arrived, which I really appreciated. The room was in excellent condition: very clean, well-designed, comfortable furniture, and great natural light. For checkout, after returning the key, they kindly allowed me to store my backpack in their office, even though it was a Sunday. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Loved the small details that made it special, like the nifty clothes hangers, nice art in the room and unique key holder. The location is really excellent and it's a lovely part of Melbourne. Just a short walk across Melbourne Uni to Lygon Street. The street was a little noisy, but it's inner city so that's to be expected. And complimentary ear plugs were provided, which is a thoughtful touch. :)

Very convenient location on tram stop just outside CBD without CBD prices. Nice restaurant and al fresco area. Our room needed a new toilet seat. It contained some ugly stains.

Great location, friendly staff, super clean, minimalist and stylish decor. Can be noisy on a Friday night but just make your way the bar and join in, all quiet by 11.00

Disappointed no restaurant open on the Monday night at the hotel, but there were plenty of other options
