Location was excellent! Great destination to explore the CBD as well as iconic areas such as Lygon St, Carlton and Fitzroy. We were there for open day at Melbourne University, only 400 metres away. The staff were gorgeous - friendly, polite and they made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was incredible - our booking came with the continental and hot food package. ..fresh juices, fruit, pastries, yoghurt pots, chia puddings, cereals, cheeses, bread, etc as well as a curated hot breakfast menu. We loved our time. Thank you! The only comment is that I find it difficult sleeping on feathered pillows. They don't support my neck enough, however my daughter didn't have any problems. I love my own pillow so it is probably just me

Felt very modern, check in was easy. Loved the food. Was very pleased with the quality of linen. Very clean. Staff were very friendly! Water pressure in the shower could have been better. Check out took a little longer than necessary.

The place was fresh and clean. The reception staff were amazing, personable and nothing was a problem. ( a rarity in this business , so hats off to them ). very happy. I haven't been able to say this at any recent stay in other motels .

The room was great. The service I had because I have a disability was amazing. The person in charge actually came and delivered a couple of my things that I needed. Thank you so much. There was nothing. Even my friend who had a disability, they came and used the lift for her to get in instead of using step.

Staff were friendly and professional. The welcome drink is a lovely touch. The room layout was well thought out, they were clean, well serviced. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. Location is great with public transport and plenty of dining options close. Our room felt a little too warm overnight even though we turned the heating off.

Perfect location. Very nice staff. For two people the room was just too small and the view non-existent.

The location is very convenient, though it is away from the city, it is easy to get to the city. There many trams that could take you to the city within 10min. The staff at the reception are all nice and cheery. One of the staff members, Sinali (if i remember correctly) was very helpful. The pillows could have been better. They were too soft for me.
