great location. Stylish upgrade to this hotel. Room was spacious, bed was good. Car parking was very convenient. the bar restaurant was really good. Service was fluid and friendly, food was very good quality. Nothing.

Location was great. So many restaurants to choose from on Lygon St. Also nice and close to the Exhibition Gardens. Staff were great. Very helpful. Room was modern and comfortable. There was no instant coffee, had to use pods in machine and there weren't many pods. Also, cups were too small.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. I would much prefer greater privacy in the bathroom. While the room decor is lovely and modern, not everyone wants to be seen while they're in the bathroom.

Loved the comfortable bed, soundproof window and its view. Lovely ambient lighting and overall styling. Slight draught under the door. Needs a draught excluder fitted.

I really loved the room. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was spacious and excellent, and the living room was beautifully set up and very relaxing. I also loved the bar, with a great selection of wines to choose from. The entire room was clean, comfortable, and very inviting. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the room and its amenities. The only thing I didn’t like was that Room 101 is directly opposite the laundry. When I arrived, the laundry door was open, and there were a lot of dirty bedsheets inside. Unfortunately, there was also an unpleasant smell coming from the laundry area, and some staff members were talking quite loudly, which made the entrance to my room less pleasant. I would recommend keeping the laundry door closed and ensuring the area is kept tidy, especially for guests staying in Room 101.

Location, rooms, reception and restaurant are perfect. The reception staff are amazing and so accommodating. Exceptional hospitality. Maybe the restaurant is slightly expensive.
