Reception staff was excellent at check in. Location was close to what where we were going. Room was clean. I am grateful that I could open a window steps to get into the place

If you want to go to the Museum it’s in a good location. Lots of food options within walking distance. Staff were friendly enough to. We found that the property was not clean and was poorly maintained. We had ants in the bathroom and mould in some location like the shower curtain and architraves. The room that we had on leave 1 was very loud including from the plumbing of neighbouring rooms, outside street noise and TV’s/talking of other guests. Also had housekeepers starting unnecessarily early making noise in the mornings. Overall the hotel is outdated and below average.

Fantastic location, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, nice quality appliances (AC, TV etc). Reading lamps in the headboard were appreciated. Bathroom was insanely small. To use the toilet we had to wedge ourselves on an angle between the shower and bathroom counter - not sure how it passed code! Also, the water temp of the shower was a massive issue. It would not stay a consistent temperature, moving between freezing and scalding hot. It would seriously hurt a small child if they were in there when it went hot.
