Location is perfect for accessing city by public transport. Free parking is great.

The size of the room was amazing and didn't make us feel as though we were living in a box. Housekeeping was perfect having all needs catered too thank you

Parking and location was convenient and close to our conference. Accessible to public transport, amenities and airport. Pretty hard to say. Room was dusty and wasn't vacuumed. Disappointed that a request for room to be cleaned was ignored and bed wasn't made as listed on the booking information's.

cleaning was not up to the mark, towels were not clean curtains were not pictch dark black and glass windows were very thin glass and openable , not secured for the kids on level 1.

The room was clean and well set up, even including a fridge, microwave and a kettle, which I feel like is rare for hotels. car park was spacious, laundry room with washer and dryer. 3min walk to the tram which went direct into city. essentially everything we needed for our little stop in Melbourne was provided. would stay again.

Service was great, room was clean and met our needs for the purpose of 1 night. Communication lines were clear right the way through. No comment needed

The location adjacent to a tram stop was the only positive for this stay. Room cleanliness was poor. I had to ask that the rubbish bin be emptied and they only did that once in our 4 day stay. Beds were not made, just pulled up (and not very well). Worst of all - when showering on the last evening, I assumed all the towels had been replaced but found that they had been picked up from the floor and re-folded and put back on the rack. Disgusting. We asked about the 'free internet' and were told 'it was the weather' that interrupted the signal but weather was perfect all 4 days and we had no signal at all. I've been travelling for more than 45 years and never written a bad revue but this is without doubt, the worst motel I've had the misfortune to stay in.

Clean sheets Noise. Ants in unit. Refused to give additional milk for tea. Building rundown. Door chain broken. Didn't feel safe.

Location just outside the city & all major roads/highways easy access. Free parking a bonus! Rooms recent upgrade & good job done! Had to get across multiple lanes to get into the motel.

Nothing, all good perfect!

Kind people! Checking in could happen a little earlier,but the staff was kind enough to allow me to leave my suitcase in the office,so I can look around the city until the check in time of 3 pm!

Walking distance to both the train and trams,, staff super friendly. Excellent location, affordable and perfect for our stay

That it was close to cbd The staff in the reception were lovely but the room attendants were absolutely arrogant and walked into our room twice without knocking or letting us know room service was here as we were sleeping still. The cleanness of the rooms were appalling, the walls were dirty and tables and windows were absolutely disgusting and the blinds aswell.

Comfortable Facilities Location

Friendly staff, had to check out late and was no worries. Bathroom nice and clean with great water pressure in shower. Nice and quiet.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable with a good room size. Bathroom was nicely appointed with a good shower Property outside overall is tired. The stairways were old and require handrails both sides all the way up
